Vegan mozzarella available to substitute for other cheeses. There’s no explicitly vegan item on the menu so you need to modify any of the pizzas you ordered. I personally thought the cheese tasted whackyyy & because there’s not a lot you can put on the pizza as a vegan it really takes up the whole flavor profile 😅 I applaud the inclusion of vegan cheese, but I wouldn’t go here again.

The pizza was delicious. We ordered a pizza that had ham artichoke mushrooms and olives. We asked for the ham removed and subbed in the vegan mozzarella. It was very tasty and the service was great. We sat outside and enjoyed looking at the duomo

I visited here as it was close to my hotel and heard they had vegan pizza available! When I sat down I asked what the vegan options were and the waitress told me that I pick any pizza on the menu and they make it vegan. So I went for a pistachio based one as wanted something different from marinara.

I asked the waitress and she said it was defo vegan cheese as it had a vegan flag on it etc.. I took the ham off and ate as much as I could but just felt super anxious the whole time that it wasn’t actually plant based. The food was nice but I didn’t return as it was a bit of an uncomfortable dining experience.

Let you choose a vegan mozarella made of coconut milk for any pizza. The mozzarella is great. But there is only one vegetarian pizza that can be veganized. A simple and tasty one.

Upon reading the reviews on here, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but we searched for some vegan dining after spending hours at the Uffizi gallery and Mister Pizza was near. And we were so glad we went! We sat outside with the view of Santa Maria del Fiore and been though it was 35 degrees celsius and incredibly hot, I can say the sun umbrellas they had out helped a great deal.

Vegan options: as someone has already mentioned, the vegan options aren’t clearly marked on the menu and the only thing you can really do it choose a pizza off the menu, swap out regular mozzarella for vegan mozzarella and exchange the other ingredients too. What we went for - and frankly, what seemed easiest - was choosing the verdissima pizza and just swapping out the cheese. And let me tell you, it was delicious! Along with a glass of chilled prosecco and the view of Duomo - marvellous.
FYI, they automatically add a service fee on the bill without asking of 10%, just mentioning it in case it’s not common in your country, as it is not in mine.

Like someone else said, ordering was a hassle. They have a meat heavy pizza, which you can change up, for aubergine zucchini or porcini mushrooms. The bill was a lot bigger than expected because we had to pay extra for the cheese and for all the swaps. Add €8 onto the menu price.

The pizza was delicious but it was a hassle to order a vegan. The restaurant has vegan cheese but no pizza is vegan on the menu which means that you have make it vegan (tell the staff to veganize it). I had to order an ordinary pizza (cheese and ham?) and remove the ham then change the cheese to vegan cheese. The guy staff was sort of nonchalant about this so I had to double check it with another staff so that my pizza was in fact vegan all the way and just not the cheese. Nonetheless, the pizza is delicious and the prices are fine, beautiful view just outside the duomo. Beware, they take tips (3€) automatically.

There are always several vegan options on the menu, but I especially recommend in autumn: pizza porcini with truffles, which is simply divine.
And it gets even better: there are several branches in town.
Of course, the place in front of the Duomo is priceless for the view alone - you *must* have been here.
Pros: delicios dishes for very reasonable prices, very friendly staff, fast service
Cons: crowded at peak times (to be expected though).

We came here on our first day in Florence and really enjoyed the pizzas. Came again a couple days later and although the pizza was still very nice (the truffle one is a banger), my partners vegan pizza came with vegan mozzarella but non-vegan parmesan slices!

Best vegan pizza ever - Edit
At "Mr. Pizza" in Florence you can have any pizza vegan and/or glutenfree and they have the most amazing vegan mozzarella I have ever tasted. I had to ask twice if the mozzarella is really vegan and it is! Whenever we are in Florence, this is our first and last stop. For drinks order a "Moretti" (local beer on tap), it is not on the menu but one of the best beers of Italy. The other Mister Pizza at Via Pietrapiana is also nice.

Best Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Ever - Edit
I've eaten here 6 times in the last two years, and it's always amazing. My favorite is the Porcini Mushroom Pizza with Vegan cheese and Basil. The Pizza is very large and there's enough to take some home for lunch the next day. The staff is courteous and fun. Highly recommend.

Could only give 4 due to not being fully vegan. Loved this place. Dough was delicious and super lite. Flavours came together beautifully on the truffle and porcini pizza. Vegan mozzarella was coconut based and tied the dish together. Super beautiful view when you sit outside.

(Would give 5 if allowed). Pizza was excellent. Vegan options available - not obviously marked but English menu and you somewhat build the pizza with some choices so no issues getting a vegan pizza. Vegan dessert also excellent. Friendly staff and pretty much the perfect spot in Florence to eat pizza. Priced well.

I would give this place a 3.5/5. One vegetarian option (eggplant, zucchini and arugula). Was great to be able to get vegan cheese, as I have found this hard to come by. Pizza good but not great. Reasonable price, especially considering the location.
