An absolute gem in Hamburg – pure joy from start to finish - Edit
Oh, you lovely people, let me tell you. This place is an absolute dream. From the moment you arrive, it’s like floating on clouds. Everything, from the smallest dish to the carefully curated mains, feels like a gentle glide across layer after layer of flavourful heaven.

But it’s not just the food. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and utterly comforting. The service? Honestly some of the kindest, most attentive I’ve experienced. You’re not just served here. You’re looked after, genuinely asked what you need, and made to feel right at home.
They offer an incredible variety of vegan dishes. And if it were a fully vegan restaurant, I’d be giving it a thousand stars if I could. Still, even as it stands, it’s a solid four stars from me – no question. The vibe, the people, the flavours... just superb.
Mirou is a shining pearl in Hamburg. A place where food, soul, and kindness meet. Can’t wait to come back.

Der Mittagstisch für 10,5€ war sehr reichhaltig und sogar für Esser*innen mit großen Hunger mehr als genug. Bei Wunsch wird das Übergebliebene eingepackt.

Tolle israelische Bereicherung für Hamburg - Edit
Ich war zum Mittagstisch dort, der (zur Zeit) von Montags bis Freitags von 12 bis 15 Uhr erhältlich ist. Der Hummus ist seidig und sehr aromatisch 💛 Es hat mir sehr gut geschmeckr und die Bedienung war sehr nett.

If you already know An‘s Vegan House a few houses further down the street, your next stop for vegan food should be Mirou. Everything was very fresh and tasty. I especially liked the appetizer, an eggplant dip with bread.
Read moreThe second time I had the cawliflower dish, which was basically a whole cawliflower with chickpeas. I found it boring compared to the Sabich and the chickpeas were a bit too sour.
You can also have only mezze, 3 are big enough to replace a main dish.
The tahini ice cream was excellent, you get 3 balls which you can share (currently not on the menue anymore).
You can sit outside. Nice and cozy interior.

Lovely Take-Away Menu - Edit
Due to the Covid-Restrictions we were only able to get take-away. But the Take-Away menu offers a great variety of vegan options. We ordered a menu for two people, with Mezze, two main dishes and desserts, which is reasonably prized and the portion sizes were great.

Tolles israelische Restaurant in einer sehr belebten Straße mit vielen Kneipen. Das Essen (wir hatten beide den israelischen Salat) war der Hammer! Da wir recht spät waren, gab es erst ein Missverständnis, was wir noch bestellen könnten und was nicht, woraufhin wir als Entschuldigung gleich vor dem eigentlichen Essen noch zwei Hummus - Sorten mit Brot bekamen🤭 was auch sehr lecker war! Auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Hamburg - Besuch wieder 😍

Sehr vegan freundlich: Legende gibt Hinweise auf vegane Speisen und fast immer ist ein Gericht "veganisierbar".

Als Appetizer gab es vorab selbstgebackenes Brot mit Auberginendip - absolut empfehlenswert! 😊🌱
