such a great spot! the vibes are great, staff is so sweet and friendly. we came for a vegan full english breakfast, of course we didn’t want to miss out on a classic!! it did not disappoint. the portion size was great and everything was so tasty. i only wish we could’ve had room to order some other items but we weren’t too hungry so we decided just to english breakfast!

The South Asian inspired dishes were fantastic, really enjoyed dining here. We particularly liked the kiri hodi pilau. We enjoyed the food so much we picked up their easy vegan cookbook on the way out!

For this tourist rushing past the Victoria UG station, Mildred’s felt like a calm, plant-based oasis! My Shiitake Peanut Laksa (with stir-fried mushrooms, noodles, stem broccoli and herbs) and Chorizo Arancini were both satisfying and delicious.

Best meal out we’ve had in London - Edit
Went for dinner and ordered way too much, the portions were very generous. We had tacos, guacamole, paratha to start. I had a gorgeous Sri Lankan curry and partner had the Korean burger. Too stuffed for dessert but had a pistachio cheesecake to share anyway and it was the best dessert I’ve ever had. Thanks to our waiter Gustavo for being a pistachio cheesecake pusher!

I planned to eat at Mildreds with my group after the theatre and because the Underground went on strike, they closed early.

They sent me away from their door. LAME.
I thought we had plenty of time and we could not even enter.

I was in desperate need of a heart warming meal, and it did the trick. I had the kimchi grilled cheese that was sooo good, even though, for me, that kimchi was not like the real kimchi. I couldn't resist the banana biscoff caramel pancakes and they were so yummy and fluffy! My partner ordered the meze brunch, where all the elements were flavorful and complemented each other very well. The staff was super nice as well and the space has a lot of light and is spacious.

An absolute must for everyone. A different atmosphere here to the one in soho but it was so nice. The menu will always pose problems because you’ll never know what to pick. The Chick’n ceasar burger was absolutely to die for.
