Visited solo on a rainy Monday evening and the place was kind of quiet.

Prices seemed high for me as I am from up north, but probably ok for London.
Overall, a nice restaurant with very good food.

Try the pistachio cheesecake! - Edit
The pistachio cheesecake is excellent and my partner really enjoyed his Bloody Maria cocktail but the service was really slow despite not being that busy, with us having to get their attention several times to order and to pay. When I asked not to pay the optional service charge because of this (which I have never done, but it really wasn't good that day), it ironically caused even more of a delay figuring out how to remove it. Blah. I hope they improve their service and I'll happily pay their optional charge.

Delicious pancakes - Edit
I have never had such thick American style pancakes! They were delicious - loved by my omni family too. My son had porridge which was equally delicious with berries & peanut butter. Great coffee & juice & they even gave me a little complimentary peanut/chocolate fridge cake as it was my birthday!

Sunday roast is a must - Edit
I ended up in Camden over a weekend and lucked out with a vegan Sunday roast menu. The chick’n and leek dish was so delicious and it’s a treat to find a vegan Yorkshire pudding. My husband got the mushroom ale pot pie which was tasty, if a little salty. Cocktails were great - one of the best bloody Maria’s I’ve had. Highly recommend for Sunday roast!

Mildreds is amazing. Food was off the scale. Had the Sunday roast which was delicious. Then the chocolate on chocolate on chocolate pudding which was unbelievable. And 30% off for running the London landmarks half marathon was a lovely bonus.

We had a full English, which was a little bit different to how I'd make it but it did fit the kind of upmarket atmosphere. My girlfriend insists my tofu scramble is better but it was very nice. We mentioned offhand that it was her birthday and the waitress gave us a card and a candle in one of the truffles, which was very sweet of her. She looked a bit embarrassed when I offered a tip and explained that it's automatically added to the bill, and rightfully so, because we should stamp out that kind of bollocks.

The food was ok but a few things could make the dishes I had better. Service was excellent.
Read moreThe korean burger whilst tasty had too much coriander and the coriander stems still on, both of which ruined the burger. The accompanying fries were way too salty and imo they should put less salt or no salt on the fries, and put a salt jar on the table.
Finally the coffee I had was burnt. The manager said she found her coffee a bit burnt too, so then I realised it wasn’t just me.
To their credit they deducted the coffee from my bill and accepted the burger feedback.
I hope they fix these minor problems. I don’t recommend the burger because of my experience but do recommend trying the bokkeumbap, which i’ve had in another branch and it was fantastic!

Been to various Mildred's a few times. It's always good food but it never blows your socks off. Good place for non-vegans too as I've been with quite a few and they always seem happy enough!

Popped in for dessert and happy hour (£7 cocktails). White chocolate tiramisu was delicious and a generous portion. Sticky toffee pudding was also nice. Drinks were delicious. Nice staff and all service was quick except the second round of drinks. Would go back to try a meal.
