One vegan option

Clearly some changes to the vegan offerings lately because there is not much vegan food listed at all. In the end, had endemame and salad but there is no vegan sushi.

Pros: Menu is clearly marked with allergens inc egg, You can negotiate with staff to have no fish

Cons: Staff unclear about what vegan is
