Great Service

The veggie burrito (vegan style) tastes great and all the staff are aware of the vegan option. They serve the food pretty quick too.
The guacamole is also pretty good here.

Not made with vegans in mind

This burrito will sustain you for a while, but not much more can be said about it. With no cheese replacement, it was dry and generally lacked flavor. The salsa on the side tasted like a marinara sauce and didn’t complement the burrito. The mushrooms were fairly tasty though. I hope more vegan options show up in Denver Airport soon.

Pros: Good service, Tasty mushrooms

Cons: Without vegan cheese or sour cream, food was dry

Ok meal for limited airport options

Most of the vegan food we were finding at the Denver airport were just snacks. This restaurant had a few vegetarian items that could be veganized by ordering without cheese or sour cream. The veggie burrito was huge and definitely shareable. The chips and salsa were not included and tasted store bought - so kinda disappointing. Our server was very nice and attentive.
