Read moreThe Tantanmen was delicious and super creamy. You can really tell they use good quality ingredients.
The other one was Shio Ramen, a clear soup with a sour hint from Yuzu. This one is 10/10, so good! It had some crunchy mushrooms in it (I don't know what kind, but they were crunchy!).
And the best part of both bowls was the noodles. They were sooo good!
As for the Vegan Egg Sandwich, my non-vegan sister said it tastes exactly like the real thing! I actually forgot what real eggs taste like anyway lol.

The vegan Ramen are so rich in Flavour its just fantastic. Moreover the portions are sooo big i couldnt finish mine even though i was very hungry. The sidedishes were great aswell. We had the fried cauliflower and i never tasted something like this before. Truly recommend it 😋

Getting a table in the evening was no problem at all. The staff was very friendly. I found the Tantanmen Ramen delicious and quite unique. It came with goji berries and leafy greens as toppings, which I hadn't seen before. My partner ordered the Shio Ramen because she doesn't like spicy food. It had significantly fewer toppings, but it was also less expensive. The desserts looked very interesting, but since we'd already had an appetizer, it would have been too much.

This place is easily a 10/10 for us. Super good food all around. And the desserts are divine! We got the tantanmen ramen, which has the creamiest, richest broth we've ever had in a ramen. Like, this stuff is pretty much rice noodles in a super thick sauce, you can't "slurp" this up like other ramen bowls. Think alfredo sauce, but ramen. It's so good. So unique. We got pretty much ALL the desserts lol, they are stellar. Just go, you won't regret it. Plus our server was super fun and spoke excellent English, if that matters to you.

We visited Mercy Vegan Ramen on our first night in Osaka. It's down a quiet street and has an inviting cafe setting.

We both had the house speciality of the tantan ramen which was wonderfully creamy and comforting. It is also gluten free, which may be a great bonus to some!
There is a good range of drinks including a choice of 2 Japanese beers.
For those that don't want Ramen there is also a selection of other dishes.

They made us order drinks because we went there after 6pm- the menu didn't specify such a thing. They forgot a dish and said we must have forgotten to order it when we, in fact, did order it. Overall it wasn't a good service and the food was average to say the least. Way too pricey for the quality. The shio-ramen was rather tasteless and their special ramen "tan tan" was very thick and didn't taste that good, we couldn't finish it. The egg sandwich was very small, and the croquettes tasted bad. Please consider other vegan places in Osaka, there are great options out there!!

This restaurant was close to my hotel, and I found it via the app - really glad I did! Fantastic vegan ramen, and lovely, attentive staff. I had the tantanmen (peanut with soy milk soup), and sweet and sour fried cauliflower - both great. The cauliflower especially, beautiful. Would certainly go back.

I had the tantamen ramen, the husband had kurumafu curry. The ramen was < < chef's kiss>> -- delicious. The noodles were super chewy, the broth was amazing. Lot's of veggies. All around excellent choice. It's a new place, give them a try!
