Great Storefront - Edit
This was our first time at the storefront and ordering was super easy. Free water. Our friends ordered the fried oyster mushrooms and buffalo cauliflower wings, we got the “meat” lovers pizza with stuffed crust. I don’t remember the last time I was able to have a stuffed crust pizza. All were phenomenal. Great delivery option from DoorDash in the downtown area too.

Terrible meal and experience - Edit
I had been to Meeks before a couple of times (when they were operating out of the bar) and enjoyed it. Recently, I just went to their new location and had the worst meal. Both my friends agreed it was terrible.
Read moreFirst, the pizza -- they never put the cashew cheese on and never told us that they were out of it or anything. Also, the pizza had WAY too much crust -- it's basically the outside third of the pizza, which is prob half the total area. We got an extra large and it didn't even fill up 2 of us.
Next, the other food -- do NOT EVER get the egg rolls -- we were misled by the image on the order screen that shows a container full of eggrolls. For $14, we got two skimpy eggrolls that were mostly filled with rice. They were terrible and the price they charged for them was insulting. Never again.
Also, the dressing for the Caesar salad was so salty that it was inedible.
Finally, the woman working in the front was really rude.
I hate to dog a vegan place but it was such a terrible experience on all fronts last time.
Pros: food is vegan
Cons: the crust is half of the pizza, terrible eggrolls and caesar dressing, expensive and poor service

Best vegan pizza - Edit
I’ve had vegan pizza from all over the US and Meek’s in the best I’ve ever had. It’s exactly what you want from pizza - saucy, indulgent, AMAZING crust. Also their ranch!?! Blows my mind! Amazing vegan ranch. Love this place!!!

I’m here from NY for work and had low expectations for vegan and GF pizza. This pizza is delicious! The ranch was top notch as well. #Veganuary

Amazing Pizza - Edit
I had their “The Ran Off” Deluxe pizza stuffed crust with their buttery vegan ranch and added banana peppers. One of the best Vegan pizza’s I’ve had, the seasoning is amazing. Glad to find this gem in Houston. #Veganuary

Excellent pizza - Edit
It was great to eat in their new brick and more tour location. The pizza was so good… The only improvement I would suggest is a cheese that stretched some.

Open - new address (1113 Holman St, Houston) - Edit
We had the mini stuffed bell peppers as an appetizer and then the mean green pizza and the greek freak pizza. It was really delicious. The pizzas are very large and we didn't manage to finish them (although we are good eaters)

Great Pizza! - Edit
This is some of the best pizza I have had, vegan or not. We got The OG and The Mexican Connected which had a ton of flavor but pretty spicy. My wife and I both thought the crust had great flavor.

great pizza, half ass service - Edit
Every delivery order I get from there is wrong. One time, more than four hours late. Another time, forgot the sauce, pizza is nearly cold ( despite paying for faster delivery ), and the "stuffed" peppers were two sad slices with mostly quinoa for $10 somehow ( see pictures ). The restaurant was willing to refund the peppers and forgotten sauce (but that does nothing for the fees and delivery tip), but the person was very curt and unfriendly, did not apologize. Kind of ruined pizza night. Would have enjoyed a bowl of grape nuts over [censored] with this.

Great flavor - Edit
Got the Caesar salad and the top shotta pizza with gluten-free cauliflower crust. Both were great. I especially appreciated the pizza having just the right amount of bbq sauce without overdoing it. The jackfruit bits on it were great, too. Highly recommend!

Good foundation - Edit
They make vegan pizza with a vegan stuffed crust. The bottom crust is so thin that you have to eat it fast or it will get soggy. I paid for green olives and didn’t get them.

Best vegan pizza - Edit
I bought the OG pizza with stuffed crust cashew cheese. Amazing!! The cheese was very creamy and the best vegan cheese I’ve tried on any vegan pizza it had the right flavors. The sauce was a little tangy not too sweet just right. The pizza dough was thick on the crust side and thin on the rest. My non vegan friends absolutely loved it. I would recommend 💯.
Read moreApril Update: Came back for more and tried The Plug’s Lawyer Pizza (added Stuffed Crust and Italian sausage). The pizza was delicious as expected, but my only complaint is that the bottom crust was too soggy and the toppings were falling off so things got messy. The flavors were on point, they just need to work on the crust perhaps make it thicker so it can sustain all the delicious toppings.

I order “The Meathead Pizza” with added mushrooms & spinach & was very disappointed! The crust was unbelievable flat! Like “a tad thicker than paper” flat . Definitely won’t be coming back here

Good pizza, not a good place to sit and eat - Edit
I came here for dinner last night and whilst the pizza was pretty good, the food hall wasn’t a nice place to sit and eat in despite having some tables and chairs about - it’s really all geared towards people coming and picking up takeaways. Probably a reasonable option if you have a car to take food away with you to somewhere nicer.
