Amazing dishes - Edit
Meat the vegans with a wide range of dishes from different regions.

Highly recommend the Jamaican chicken and this biscoff cheesecake
So worth it! Love the crumbs and texture and it’s not too sweet which is great.
As a starter I had their vegan chicken Korean style which was nice and spicy and full of garlic (a bit burnt garlic though)
The plantain chips were amazing - first time I had them. As a main I had their Jamaican chicken! So flavourful and a lovely dish with a huge portion. Definitely a great restaurant I can highly recommend for any time of the day. Great location
Pros: Cheesecake , Jamaican

Round the world food 🥘 - Edit
Four of us got a dish from every section of the menu and sampled everything. It was all delicious, but the Crispy Chilli ‘lamb’, the ‘goat’ curry, and the ‘butter chickn’ tikka masala were absolute highlights.
Read moreWe also had a burrito and the loaded fries, but I think those flavours just couldn’t hold their own against the fragrance and spices of the above. However, I’d have it all again!
Pros: Fully vegan , Choice done well, Friendly staff

Great selection - Edit
I'm glad that this space is still vegan after Rudy's Dirty Vegan Diner moved out. Dishes from different cuisines are offered here, and the food I had was tasty. The place is inside Camden Market and is more suitable for a quick meal than an extensive dinner.

Be prepared to spend 30 mins choosing as there are so many options! We had the chicken tacos and butter chicken tikka masala, both were amazing but the butter chicken tikka masala was very good.

Huge menu prepared fresh! Best vegan burrito I’ve ever had made with “lamb”. The drumsticks made with jackfruit were excellent.

Great fish & chips... and much more! - Edit
Very tasty vegan food, especially the fish & chips and butter chicken. The service is worth mentioning as well, our waiter was very caring and kind. Nice place to eat in Camden if you feel like having a taste of different dishes in a vegan style.

Absolutely amazing! - Edit
What an amazing place. They service from chay was incredible, very friendly and knowledgeable. All the “meat” are made at the premises and are fantastic. We even questioned whether the place was vegan or not. 100% recommend. #Veganuary

Very delicious - Edit
I recently visited London and had the pleasure of dining at 'Meat The Vegans.' As a vegan, I was delighted by the diverse and delicious options on the menu. From appetizers to desserts, each dish showcased creativity and flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the attentive staff made the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for anyone seeking a delightful vegan dining experience in London

Incredibly tasty food!! - Edit
Caution: 5 stars for the food only!
Read moreOne of the best curries I’ve ever had! Highly recommendable!
Some negative experiences:
1. The staff was pushing us to make a review on google, to a point it got uncomfortable. When we said we will review it on happy cow instead of google they were visibly not that pleased.
2. The foods didn’t come at the same time (mine started getting cold while I was waiting).
3. No toilets in the restaurant. They tell you to go outside in a public toilet.

I think about this place once a week - Edit
I went to this restaurant for the first time back in August, and I don't know why I didn't write a review then, but I'm doing it now! I absolutely loved my experience! The food was divine. I've never had such amazing Caribbean food before. Every time I go to London, I have to grab lunch here. The food is very filling and it's oh so worth every pound!

Nowhere Else - Edit
I stumbled upon M’eat the Vegans in the northwest corner of the vast Camden Market. This hidden gem offers exceptional culinary creations at affordable prices.
Read moreThe menu busts with interesting vegan twists on cultural dishes: mutton, simmered lamb, jerk chicken stew, curry Goat, and cod. I haven’t found many vegan versions of these dishes in any restaurants. Here, they can all be found on the same menu. If you're not feeling adventurous, you can find comfort foods like burgers, hot dogs, and nachos.
This trip was my first in London, so I ordered the fish and chips. Perfectly battered and fried, it holds a remarkable feat within. The fish is flaky and stringy, reminiscent of crab meat, and paired nicely with a nori sheet to give it the proper fish taste. The fries were seasoned well, leaving the spice in your mouth and not on your fingers.
M’eat the Vegans gives you everything you would ever want from a vegan restaurant: affordable and memorable vegan food.
Pros: Quality, Vast Menu, Location

We ordered the Lamb Rogan with garlic naan and Fish and Chips. The naan could have been softer but everything else was incredible and the service was very friendly as well. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Flavourful. Wide Varieties. - Edit
100% Vegan located inside the Camden Market main entrance on the right. Limited seating. Outdoor seating available. Sells both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Eight Treasure Rice is very flavourful. Hakka Noodles (lamb) seasonings is perfect. Mock lamb a bit tough. I would suggest getting the mock chicken instead. Both dishes have too much mock meat, would prefer more vegetables. Have different cuisine to choose from eg. Oriental, American, Indian, Mexican and Caribbean.

I had a dirty chili vegan dog, it was massive! It was delicious. The service here was mediocre and the ambiance wasn't that great. But I was hungry and this place met my needs.

Good food and eager staff, cold and a bit uncomfy - Edit
The food was good (mostly non-european, which was a nice change from the usual burgers) and the selection is nice, the staff was friendly. The quesadilla was great, only the fish and chips was very fishy (actually too much for us 😄)

Biggest vegan menu in the UK?! - Edit
I'd been put off this place by the array of cuisines on offer combined with the incongruous diner vibe but was persuaded by the strength of the reviews and I'm glad I was! Our food - butter chicken and spicy Szechuan noodles - was excellent, presented to a high standard and quickly served (although at different times), and the service is charming. We were told that the meat alternatives are all made in house with soya plus a "secret ingredient" 😃

Stunning flavours! - Edit
We swung by for a quick snack and found a varied menu with 4 or 5 different cuisines to chose from. Had a delicious Chilli chicken starter, which was full of flavour and had a nice kick too it. Also had a fresh papaya salad and szechuan fried rice. Super delicious and highly recommended!
