My favorite place in the Twin Cities - Edit
The vegan Pizza here may be my favorite pizza ever~ topped with delicious tofu cheese and vegetables. Get it on Monday or Thursday. Most days there are vegan scones also so good. The arnold palmer is fantastic. Yum Yum YUM!

Monday has become my favorite day of the week, since it’s when Mayday makes the Vegan Delight Pizza. It’s a focaccia style crust loaded with savory goodness.
Read moreThey usually have some vegan baked goods and sometimes the soup is vegan. The carrot salad is another fave from the case. They always have something good for me here.

A woke little cafe - Edit
I really liked it here. Things were clearly marked vegan, the staff were cool, & it was a nice little study neighborhood spot. I just wish there had been more vegan baked goods!
