Tofu bowl - Edit
I really enjoyed my food, but I do feel like it is very expensive for what it is. The flavor was good, I wish it was a bit more spicy though! I definitely recommend it because it is hard to find many Korean places with good vegan options.

Delicious Soft Tofu Bowl at Matko. Tofu was soft but held together remarkably well and there was a good amount of it. Got a few sauces and base of half spinach / half rice. Double order of kimchi as well. Great mix of flavors.
Read moreLove that the menu is really well marked with vegan items. So clear. Order from iPad type kiosk at counter. Easy. Small interior with not too much seating but comfortable inside. Great spot, would recommend. Look forward to trying other vegan items.
