Tasty vegan options in a Georgian restaurant - Edit
Loved the Pkhali Mix and the Kinkhali with mushrooms. Georgian folk music completed the lunch.

Cute place with homely feel - Edit
This was a great find. I was surprised to see that the menu was at least half vegan. I had 4 of the dumplings, 2 with potato and 2 with mushrooms. I really enjoyed the plain salt and pepper seasoning because it felt really cozy. I also throughly enjoyed the mushroom stuffed bread. That was the highlight for me as it had a small kick to the seasoning. I would definitely like to return and try the good selection of vegan cakes they have to offer.

I really enjoyed the Georgian food we ordered: beetroot Pkhali, Khinkali with mushrooms, Perashki with mushrooms and peppers, Badrijani Nigozshi (delicious aubergine rolls with walnut paste and pomegranate seeds), but the real highlight at Maspinzelo is its cakes. The apple pie and chocolate cake are hands down the best vegan cakes I've ever eaten. Simple yet delightful - and you can order them for birthdays etc., which we've done several times already. Mind=blown!

Lecker aber laut - Edit
Das Essen war sehr lecker! Außerdem auch die Birnen Limo, sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings war es mir dort viel zu laut. Man hätte sich anschreien müssen um sich zu verständigen.

It's great to have georgian restaurant offering vegan options. The one I took were all tasty and I was satisfied after finishing my meal.
Read moreHowever, on the downside: it would be great to have more warm vegan options and the interior is fine, just not super cosy.
