Amazing flavors and extensive menu - Edit
Dosa haven! I’ve never seen so many different types of dosas, from traditional flavors to experimental ones such as a hummus dosa and even sweet desert dosas. We visited twice, getting the:
Read more• Mushroom in coconut cream - $5
• Masala dosa - $3.50
• Hummus dosa - $5
•
• Chocolate and avocado - $4.50
• Masala chai with almond milk
The savory dosas were great (especially the hummus and mushroom ones) but not the biggest fan of the desert one. There’s wifi and you can pay by card ($5 minimum)
Pros: Many interesting options, Great flavors, Wifi and card payments
Cons: Sweet dosas didn’t work for me

Devine Food presented with Love - Edit
More than expected! Dosa served on banana leaf come with Divine free stew with mix veggies (Sambar), Fresh grated Coconut Chutney & Tomato Garlic chutney sauce unlimited serving with Dosa's we had Channa Masala Dosa (Chickpeas stuffed in the Dosa) & Eryngii Mushrooms Coconut cream Dosa with, An out of the world iced Masala Almond Chai - everything was amazing and prices are cheap - when we asked owner about Dosa he explained to us that it takes 15 hours for him to prepare the Dosa dough. Everything was worth it and we recommend this place highly. Our total bill was just $13 and free water too.

Good (Fast) Food - Edit
100% vegan, and that is rare in Phnom Penh. The food is fast food, the vegetables were not that fresh, but we left happy.

Gorgeous food; expensive food - Edit
The dosas were honesty lovely, but at $5 for some it was a bit pricey if you're on a budget. We left still feeling hungry as they're not filled much and aren't very large at all for dosas: have had twice the size before at a cheaper price in both London and Amsterdam!
Read morePros: Lots of different filled dosas, Massala Chai was gorgeous
Cons: Expensive for some dosas, Small portions

My fave vegan place in Phnom Penh! - Edit
There are so many options and everything is vegan! The classic chana masala dosa is delicious, but they also have fusion options like the hummus or the szechuan dosa. The owner is so friendly and I plan on going back here many times while living in PP. Cant wait to sample the dessert dosas next time.

We’ve loved it! - Edit
When we’ve arrived, the restaurant was already closed but the owner invited us to enter anyway because he knows the struggle of finding vegan food.

Amazing!!!! - Edit
This has to be the best vegan place in Phnom Penh. What an incredible selection of food and such great service. I had one with chickpeas and veggies with coconut chutney and the side "soup" (forgot what is called) and it was incredible. Also had the iced almond chai tea and it was beyond good. Highly recommended. It's open for lunch and dinner so make sure you check the times. They close the kitchen 30 mins before actually closing the place.

Best Dosa of my life. - Edit
We visited on our last day of our trip. Had Masala Dosa, Hummus Dosa & Saapadu Vegan Tamil Meal - the bhindi curry was devine in the meal - we had a lot of Sambar which had authentic flavours reminded me of my grandma our total bill was $14.05 cheaper than India for the quality of the food served. I highly recommend this place if you want to try authentic flavours.

Not quite right - Edit
I've had a lot of dosas and the masala dosa here was probably the most disappointing of them all.
Read moreThe shell was thicker than anywhere I've tried previously
Also the filling was just, okay.
We got the weekend rice dish and that also left a lot to be desired.
For 9USD in Cambodia, I'd give it a pass.
However the place is cute and they present the food well, it's just not quite right. But also maybe this is Indian for westerns whereas I'm quite use to Indian food for Indians?
Pros: Cute place
Cons: Mediocre food

Absolutely delicious - Edit
We were so happy to find this South Indian place. I was lucky to get the final special set meal of the day for lunch--a great variety. Having spent six months recently in Kuala Lumpur, I miss the healthy, vegan, South Indian delicacies. We went back for dosas for dinner. Amazing! If you are in Phnom Penh, eat here! We ate there twice in one day and were not disappointed! We hope to see a branch of Masala Dosa in Saigon soon.

The greatest - Edit
Having spent a month in India, I’ve been missing real authentic Indian food and this for me hit the spot and more! Really fresh and full of flavour meals. I’ve eaten here several times and every day since I’ve been here. I’ve tried mushroom dosa, chana masala dosa, chocolate coconut dosa, banana and chocolate dosa and they’re all amazing. I’ve also tried the Bombay burger and the special “paneer” tofu and the special thali. I highly recommend this place and everything on the menu!

Best in Cambodia - Edit
It was 3 nights have been eating here 2 days I tried the Vegan Lunch for $3.95 Channa Masala Set & Vegan Palak Paneer Set. Today I tried the Pumpkin Masala Dosa I was doubtful until I tried because I have had pumpkin as dessert all my life and first time savoury "Divine - It hit the spot" I usually do not write reviews but Dharma deserves it. I wish I could stay longer to try the whole menu. I have tried other vegan places not many but they are fancy and expensive. If you are really in knowing how flavours can make vegan food more tasty this is a place to visit.

DELICIOUS CHAI!! - Edit
Ok so I came back just for the home-made Chai that he was able to mix with your choice of nut milk. Options are all vegan and fully flavorful. Prices are not Cambodian street-food prices but worth it. Lovely concept. No A/C but if you get an iced beverage and sit in front of the fan, you are golden. Has a water jug you can use to fill your bottles. Doesn't allow pictures of the menu (but it is a joy to read). Had the Chana Masala and another lunch special - came back a second day because it was THAT GOOD!

Visit this place! - Edit
Masala Dosa Street Kitchen is a lovely small restaurant in the centre of the city, very close to the palace. The food is incredible delicious. Everything is fresh made and fresh cooked. The stereotype that Indians knows the best how to use spices is totally confirmed. Not only the amazing food is reason to go there, also the owner is a reason. He is a heart warming, friendly and polite authentic Indian man who totally lives the concept of the restaurant.

Amazing dosas - Edit
This place is a must visit. The dosas are so delicious and there’s so much choice of flavours/filling. I got the pumpkin one which was delicious as well as a chocolate banana one for dessert. You could get cheaper food elsewhere but it’s worth spending more just once to try them even if you’re on a tighter budget.

Best Dosa's in the world - Edit
This was one of the best Dosa experience we had. I basically grow up eating Dosa's - Dharma Dosa's have taken me back to my child hood memories. We saw the passion and love in the food, decor & the menu. We haven't come across such a detailed menu with so much of health information. We tried Masala Dosa, Hummus Dosa & Smoked eggplant Dosa with Turmeric Masala Chai with Soy & Almond milk. Dharma's kitchen is 100% vegan and the place is very clean with 70's Bollywood & kollywood decor. Great host best service & above all amazing food. Do not miss this place.

Had the Bombay Burger and honestly it is so good! It comes with two small potato curry patties in rolls (kinda slider size) and loads of seriously tasty onion pakora bits - they are amazing. Tub of mint sauce goes really well. 10/10 can recommend!

Delicious dosas! - Edit
Went here with my partner and ate the best dosas we've ever had! The produce used tasted really fresh, especially the mango I had in my dessert dosa. The coconut chutney is to die for! We also tried the masala cola and passionfruit drinks and they had flavours happening in all the right places! The vibe with all the vintage posters on the walls is really cool too.

Extensive menu of unique vegan Indian food, + everything is freshly made when you order. The avocado dosa was really nice; I loved that they are made with protein-packed lentils. I hope to try one of the dessert dosa's soon. This is the only vegan restaurant by the river, and well worth the trip!
