Great food and kind staff - Edit
The lunch plate set was really good. Staff was very friendly.
Read moreAlso, the sweet potato donut was amazing. Definitely should give it a shot.
The matcha soy ice cream was strong on matcha and not very sweet - I'm sure some people like it that way but I'd probably try vanilla next time.

Great all vegan place - Edit
We had the daily lunch plate and tempura rice bowl. Both tasted great! The place was nice and cozy, but had quite a strong scent of coconut cream(?).

Cute place, friendly staff - Edit
Came here for lunch and enjoyed our meal along with their mango and lychee ciders! Curry was well seasoned, but tempura needed a bit more flavor. Great little place to stop by!

This was the first place we ate in Tokyo and it was a lovely shelter from the rain. Service was very fast, food was fresh and delicious. The salt they gave you to add to the tempura was very good!

Excellent food - Edit
This small restaurant is worth a visit, the food is prepared with care and the portions are a good size.
Read moreIt avoids the onion family but the food is very tasty.
We had the set with a salad with carrot dressing, then a dish of rice (wholegrain) with curry, seitan (delicious) and some tempura vegetables.
All was abundant and tasty.
My daughter had the ten don (tempura domburi or rice bowl), again there were lots of veggies.
We had the fried tempeh to share and although it was simply fried it was incredibly good.
The restaurant has few seats inside and a couple outside, so you might need to wait.

Great vegan option in Asakusa - Edit
Great food with local ingredients. Different vegan sets and dishes are available. The owner is very friendly. The restaurant is quite small so try to go outside of peak hours😄

Pretty good food at an alright price - Edit
I had the curry with tempura on top. I found the curry a little watery and it lacked the typical big bites of veg that I’ve come to know in Japanese curry so the texture felt off as well. The tempura was pretty good and though.

Great vegan food right next to Asakusa Station - Edit
When we visited Sensoji temple the first time, we couldn't find any vegan food to eat (it was in the afternoon and this place was closed), but when we came back the second time right before we left for home, we made sure that we were at the restaurant at lunch time. And boy are we glad that we did. The food here was excellent, and economical in terms of pricing compared to other vegan food that we found in Japan. We would recommend those visiting Sensoji temple to make sure to eat here as it is very close by (right across the street from the station next to the river).

Cute, friendly spot for good vegan food - Edit
The menu was straightforward and delicious. We had the ten-don and lunch set. The staff was friendly, accommodating and could speak some English. The location was very cute. And we loved that they had a bit of an education aspect (each table had a little Japanese booklet that they made that talks about “who is veganism for” and they had guides and resources for other vegan spots around Tokyo. The owner’s goal with opening the restaurant is to help spread awareness of veganism in Japan and although most of the customers that were there when we were there were foreigners, I’m sure they’re doing just that.
