Good vegan ramen - Edit
Ordered Uber Eats so it probably wasn't as fresh as it would've been in person, but the spinach noodles were great and the soup was salty and flavorful.

Get the vegetable ramen w/o egg to keep vegan. The vegetable broth is the best tasting with unami flavors.
