Great options - Edit
My partner and I dropped by as it was close to the cruise that were about to go in. My favorite was the Nori wrap. The portion of the wraps were small and not fulfilling. The coffee frappes were water downed, but still tasted good. I wished it wasn’t overly blended. Overall, I would not make an effort to come back, as there are other great vegan options in Miami.

Um, food ok, service needs a little improvement - Edit
Love the fact that they are vegan and we happened upon this place walking by, menu is pretty nice, they have multiple Vegan books on the wall etc. even though they also advertise honey as a health benefit in one of their murals.
Read moreCoffee was tepid and grainy, but the waffles were amazing. Everything is gluten-free and the waffles we're homemade and really good.
Service was a little spotty. You're supposed to go up to the counter and order and the poor guy behind the counter was doing everything whilst trying to flirt with a female patron, and getting no support from the kitchen staff, who were busy talking while making one waffle and multiple people walking in and overwhelming the one new counter guy (I think he was new as he did not know their address nor could he answer questions about their menu ).
Truthfully it even seemed like they were giving him a hard time when he tried to ask questions.
Cute little place but not excellent .

Fantastic options, good quality food - Edit
This is a fantastic spot in downtown Miami. It's casual, but has hot food (I love a casual vegan eatery, but don't always want a cold bowl or wrap). My husband had a nori-burrito w/ tofu, and I had the daily soup (very homemade broccoli/cauliflower) and an arepa with cashew cheese, veggies, and pesto. We shared a waffle with strawberries and almond butter for dessert, which was a treat, because it's hard to find a vegan waffle outside of my own kitchen! Friendy staff, great quality food, felt nourishing. Another pro: they have a wall of books on healthy lifestyle that you can peruse while you wait or eat-in.

Okay. - Edit
I’ve been to a lot of vegan spots in Miami and this one was just okay to me. From my experience this place would be best suited for someone looking for only raw ingredients. No vegan butter or any synthetic ingredients. The food was pretty good kinda salty for me. I’d suggest if you’re on the edge try it out. The portion sizes are small for the price but it is a small business. ❤️

Delicious and healthy - Edit
Delicious vegan food in downtown Miami. The whole place is 100% vegan, so I was in heaven. The owners are friendly and the vibe is chill and relaxing. I had the arepa and nachos, the portions are generous. Heads up: Uber dropped me off at the restaurant next door, which serves meat; It was confusing.

Health-Conscious Food - Edit
This is an extremely healthy restaurant - lots of Whole Foods and no meat substitutes. It’s cool to see both a vegan and gf restaurant. We got the waffles and the pesto arepa, but I personally wasn’t too impressed. A lot of the food has a lot of fruit involved, but I’m more of a savory person. All of the savory dishes seemed to have Nori (seaweed) which I’m also not a big fan of. Personally the food wasn’t for me, but it could be for you!

@tworabbits maybe that was my thing. I like savory food and this has a lot of health conscious dishes. Which makes sense since that’s their branding. No shade but it is good for people to know

We loved the down to earth wholesome concept of this super vegan food eatery. The food was undoubtedly delicious, fresh and amazingly creative! Had a little chat with the chef (owner?) who seems to love what he does! Def recommend it 100%

Yum! - Edit
I ordered the guacamole bowl and was surprised by how filling it was (probably because they provided a lot of warm arepas which was great). The guac tasted really fresh and had a strong hint of lime. Friendly server as well!

Good and healthy vegan food - Edit
Central vegan restaurant in Miami that offers healthy and fresh food. I tried the tofu norito and a cashew cheese tortilla. The norito was very good but the tortilla was a little dry (my friends had other tortillas that were much better). There is also a very good selection of smoothies. On the other hand, the prices are high for the small portions of the dishes. The setting is nice and the staff is efficient.

Love that this place is truly health conscious. They don’t have fried food! It’s hard finding a place like this. Tried the veggie and pesto arepas and seasonal berry waffles. Both were excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was the location, which was downtown, and parking is not great.

Me and my girlfriend loved this restaurant! It has a great location, kind staff, wide selection, and most importantly, AMAZING FOOD! On top of all that, the price was very reasonable as we got 3 meals and a drink for under $50. Would absolutely go if you are in Miami.

What an oasis after a morning of obstacles - Edit
I missed my nonrefundable flight from Chicago to Miami, was able to get one to Fort Lauderdale an hour later, took a shuttle to the Tri-rail station, transferred to Miami-Dade County Transit, got off downtown and walked over to this oasis. After a very short wait to place my order,I used the restroom and then dove into a colorfully delicious Eat the Rainbow, consisting of turmeric coconut brown rice, mixed greens, peppers, cucumbers, edamame, almonds, and carrots with goji-berry dressing plus a refreshing mango lassi.
