Vegan-friendly Chinese - Edit
Smart modern place by the Peace Bridge with some good options. There were several tofu and veg dishes clearly marked as vegan. The staff were very polite and helpful. Portion sizes were decent. A bit expensive but the meal was filling and tasty. Unfortunately I only remembered to take photos after eating half the food.
