Tasty hand pulled noodles - Edit
I had the Biang Biang noodles with tofu and shiitake and added eggplants. The sauce is rich and very tasty. In my opinion, the noodles were too thick and hard to eat. Also had the cucumber salad, which was tasty but overhyped. Next time, I will try a rice dish.

Clearly labeled vegetarian and vegan options. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. I tried the vegan duck bao and aubergine bao. Also nice to have lunch there. Amazing staff!

The Tofu Bao tastes fantastic and the noodles with Tofu has lovely tasting Tofu as well.
The prices are, If you consider it's munich, very good as well

Der Laden scheint sehr angesagt zu sein. Wir hatten Glück und bekamen sofort einen Platz, aber schon 15 Minuten später hatte sich eine lange Schlange an wartenden Leuten gebildet.
Read moreIch hatte Biang Biang Tofu Shitake und fand das Gericht äußerst lecker. Die Nudeln sind sehr groß und ließen sich dadurch schwer essen (oder ich war einfach zu blöd), aber das tat dem Genuss keinen Abbruch.
Vegane Speisen auf der Karte klar gekennzeichnet.
Würde ich wieder einkehren.

We had the vegan shredded duck bao, which was really good, just like in the other store, but the biang biang noodles had no strong flavours in the sauce and were not spicy at all (chose standard spice).
