Tasty and friendly - Edit
The staff understood plant based diet and were ready with helpful suggestions to the handful of vegan menu options. Dined with two vegans and one not, all of us had delicious food for breakfast. Not always an easy task in Vegas..

Outstanding breakfast - Edit
I went in on my own and sat at the bar. The person working at the bar was SUPER nice and made a fantastic lavender latte. I was sad the horchata latte had undeclared condensed milk; but happy that they told me ahead of time. I got the vegan breakfast empanadas which were absolutely and the harissa aioli really made the whole dish.

Decent options for vegans, wish there was maybe a few more options. Not a lot for vegan & gf though. The Impossible sandwich was really good. The vegan empanada breakfast skillet was ok, very greasy. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I’m only giving 3 stars instead of 4 because they were out of veggies and croissants so I had to pick something I didn’t really want. But being out of veggies seems unfortunate. Maybe their truck didn’t show? My husband loved his rice and bean empanadas though. I had a lovely mimosa flight. They have tons of flavors!

I always love coming here. I love the vibe and the food and service are great. I’ve had everything on their plant-Based menu at least once, but it’s hard to pick a favorite because they’re all so good.

The food here is very well priced, a lot of care and love goes into each plate. On the bottom of each page of the menu is a “Plant Based” portion which is fully Veg-friendly. I tried their Empanada Bowl and it was to die for. Amazing Soy-rizo and Mushroom empanadas with a side of rice, veggies, and black beans. I was filled!

A fun spot off of Charleston in between the main strip and downtown. Lots of choices for us vegans, milk alternatives and a Sunday brunch menu that makes me wish I was staying an extra day!

I really like the atmosphere here. The staff is friendly and they have a vegan section on the menu. Its small but I had the empanadas sampler and it was so good and just the perfect amount of food I was looking for. They have good coffee and tea too, with a few different nut milks to choose from. Brunch is supposedly good here as well. Great little spot in downtown Las Vegas

I had hibiscus iced tea and the 'soyrizo' brussel sprouts (soyrizo being spiced mushrooms and bits of soy steaks). Both very delicious!
Read moreService was a bit overwhelmed when I went there but it might have just been a super busy day.
Pros: Delicious drinks and food, Soyrizo is a new thing I learned and I love it!
