Alll vegan elote stand that was amazing! Located in the Friday market in plaza del Chorro starting at 4:30pm(they post it on their Facebook page). There’s live music and several vegan options there! I haven’t been able to have a good good elote in soooo long and this place was perfect! So delicious and somehow better than the ones I remember eating as a child growing up! So many toppings and the staff was great! I also really loved that they use the corn husk to serve instead of single use styrofoam or plastic! Such a better way to serve our tasty food while reducing our waste. 10000% recommend!
