This is one where I’m truly sad happy cow won’t let me put 5 stars. This place is perfection, my partner and I are from California and have been to Mexico multiple times yet somehow this place is the most tasty and authentic Mexican food we’ve ever had. The flavors and textures are all thoughtfully balanced with every sauce and salsa being delicious. The flavor of the tortillas is addictive, I was literally craving it again later that night.

Mushroom Enchiladas- 1/2 red 1/2 green were so well balanced and a ton of food
Huitlacoche tacos- my personal favorite, limey and a great texture with this wonderful vegan creamy sauce on the side
Chips, salsa and guac- best salsa we’ve had in Canada by a longgggg shot and fresh crunchy chips
Churros- vegan without the dip, perfect end to a perfect meal
They are super vegan friendly, all we had to do was say we are vegan and they knowledgeably modified everything we needed. Tamales and tortillas are made without lard and everything tasted very clean- no signs of cross contamination at all. We are very strictly vegan and they checked every box of a omnivore restaurant than makes us feel truly comfortable.
I was nervous when there wasn’t a vegan marker on the menu but had no reason to be. If you want delicious, authentic Mexican food you absolutely have to try this place.

Great little place serving organic corn, gf and vegan options. We went as a group for Taco Tuesday and really enjoyed it. Between us all, we had huitlacoche and mushroom tacos and tamales and quesadillas, refried beans tamales, esquites and the mushroom soup. If you look at the pictures and see the thing that looks like a Buddha bowl with the avocado on it - that's actually the mushroom soup. The huitlacoche options were really good. Make sure you ask for it to be vegan and they will leave off the cheese. Super accommodating and recommend you drop by for a visit.
