Great tasting menu - Edit
We chose to have 6 courses with 3 glasses of wine. Not shown in the posted pictures is the amuse bouche. Everything we had was simply delicious and the staff was lovely. The breaks between courses were perfectly timed. Portion sizes were good and 6 courses were definitely enough to feel full. 5 or even 4 would have already been sufficient honestly. Very creative dishes. I'd rate the food as overall 9/10.

Eine grosse und teure Enttäusching. Keiner der Gänge war eine Geschmacksexplosion welche man bei diesen Preisen doch erwarten könnte. Das Brot zum Käse schmeckte verdächtig nach Grossbäckerei. Der Käse war bis auf 2 Sorten nicht wirklich angenehm in der Konsistenz. Das Kaffeeeis zum Dessert schmeckte wie tiefgefrorener Blümchenkaffee. Ausserdem waren die Portionverteilungen nicht gerecht. Mein Partner hatte 2 Stücken Tempeh und ich nur ein paar Krümel. Das gehört sich nicht in dieser Preisklasse. Ich habe die Kellnerin darauf angesprochen. Sie wird es an die Küche weitergeben. Wir hatten am Valentinstag das volle Menü mit 7 Gängen bestellt, es hat alles gut bis hervorragend geschmeckt. Es gab keinen ausdrücklichen Bezug zum Valentinstag obwohl eigentlich nur Pärchen da waren, bis auf ein Herzkeks im Dessert.

Das Essen selbst: ich habe die einzelnen Gänge in den Fotos gerankt.
Das Interior und die Tischdeko passen nicht so recht zum Preis. Einiges ist cool und nice wie die Tapete oben, anderes wirkt aber sehr gewürfelt oder „im Lauf der Jahre angesammelt“ wie die Birkenstämme/Vögelchen/Landkarte/Wurzelstock.

Perfekt zum Feiern besonderer Anlässe - Edit
Ich habe nach einem alkoholfreien Aperitif das 5-Gänge-Menü mit der alkoholfreien Weinbegleitung genießen dürfen. Essen, Personal, Ambiente, Atmosphäre, alles war perfekt! Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht angemessen für das Niveau. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend im Lucky Leek. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für den Aufwand, der hinter dem Betrieb eines solchen exklusiven veganen Restaurants steckt!!!

A Wonderful Evening, but Slightly Overpriced - Edit
We had a wonderful evening at the fine-dining restaurant Lucky Leek. Although the set menu was fixed, we were able to swap the starter for the intermezzo for a small surcharge. The only real drawback was the price, which felt a bit too high. The quality of the food was very good, but it lacked just a tiny bit to fully justify the cost.

Vegan Bib Gourmand by Michelin - Edit
Fancy vegan restaurant recommended as "Bib Gourmand" by Michelin, top gastronomy. The staff were very polite and friendly, spoke very good English and attended to us very well. On the menu, you can choose 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 options (soup, starter, main, dessert etc). And the dishes arrive, superbly presented and of absurd quality. Recommended for very special occasions. The experience was absolutely incredible.

It was nice that even though we both took a 4-course menu, we could choose different dishes so we could try the whole menu. Some of the dishes, like the carrot tartelette starter were really good and balanced, but some were a bit boring and bland. We really appreciated the cheese platter with six homemade vegan cheeses, that in itself deserves applause! If you're looking for a more old school, traditional dinner experience, we recommend this place.

The dinner itself was not bad, but as a result of slightly disappointing food and poor service, I gave them a 3-star review on Google with the good points and bad points. I was later sent a threatening email saying I had defamed them and that the review was taken down. I had to send multiple emails, proving my point and finally it was put back up.

We had 4 courses and it was delecious. My favorite was the entree ,a carrot quiche. Doesn't sound fancy but it definitely was. It is a restaurant for special occasions on the upper skale. So be prepaired to pay accordingly for smaller plates.

Read moreThe food was good and beautifully presented, but I could have wished for something more flavourful. It was tasty enough, but didn’t blow me away like I had hoped. Might also be that November isn’t the most ideal time to visit since the ingredients are seasonal. That being said, we had a good time and I would definitely recommend it as a place for a more special date night - especially because of the nice staff and the atmosphere they create.
We paid 145 euros for two 4-course tasting menus and a bottle of water (including a 10% tip).

Read moreWe chose one three and one four course dish y shared the starter. Still, by dessert we couldn’t quite finish it plates, so next time I would go for the three course menu instead. Both the savoury and sweet dessert plates were lovely, a medley of different sweet desserts and/or cheeses.
When the dining out is your evening activity, this is a wonderful choice.
On the expensive side but I am definitely planning to come again.

This place is on the fancier side. You select one of 3 per set tasting options. We selected the four course one. Food was good. My favorite was the mushrooms dish. A very nice place for a date.

Set on a lovely street, this restaurant is a delight. The menu seems to change regularly and the staff are friendly and comfortable in English or German.

The food itself is diverse and flavorful. There was a beautiful charred sweetcorn soup, and battered oyster mushrooms that were a perfect texture. Dessert included creme brulé! There's a range of alcoholic drinks to choose from too.

We came here for their testing menu and opted for 4 courses. In retrospect we should have gone with 3 and skipped the appetizer. It wasn’t bad, but it felt like a mix of individual things that I didn’t understand how to eat together. The watermelon tataki was rather awkward to eat. We each tried a different soup, but we both liked the Ratatouille soup more. My partner got the Intermezzo, carrot finger noodles, and I got the main, the braised kohlrabi. The kohlrabi was probably the better dish and was easier to eat. My partner got the sweet dessert and I got the savory vegan cheese plate. I was happy that the cheese plate was an option since most places will only offer sweets for after the main, and I usually have to pay for the last course or two even though I won’t eat it. For my partner and I, this was both our favorite course. He loved the tonka beans in the dessert, and I really enjoyed the nut based cheeses. I didn’t like the chickpea based cheeses as much because they were a bit sweeter. Otherwise it was a great final course. Overall we had a good time here, but not every dish was a knockout. I would still recommend it if you’re in Pberg and looking for some fine dining.
