Classic Loving Hut - Edit
Smaller Loving Hut in local style with buffet and excellent price for amount of food and drinks we had. Many traditional veganized dishes well seasoned and tasty. For hungry people great choice!

Nice lunch - Edit
We have had a nice lunch here, a great variety of choices at reasonable price. I recommend the beef with mushrooms plate. However the drinks were not really worth it.

Best Vegan Food in Hanoi - Edit
The best Vegan Local food we have had in Hanoi!
Read moreMy husband ordered the vegetable noodles and I ordered the Hue Style Noodles and Summer Rolls and everything was to die for!!
The staff is very friendly and she even gave us a bowl of free rice noodles for the soup. Definitely tops my Loving Huts around the world list!
Don't miss this one for sure on your visit to Hanoi.
We ordered 3 dishes for 1,10,000 dongs and the portions are BIG!
Going back today for dinner again
The location is close to all the sightseeing spots so perfect for a lunch in-between the tours.

Okay but wouldn't recommend - Edit
Went there on the first - no buffet. Had rice noodles no 7 and they were just okay but definitely not good. Should've went somewhere else.

Good selection - Edit
This place has a good selection of vegan food, from rice to noodles, to veg to mock meats/fish. Certainly something for everyone but doesn’t have the wow factor for me.

Tasty vegan food - Edit
We enjoyed our meal - fried spring rolls, fried beef & mushrooms, bbq chicken, brown rice and two drinks totalled 240K. Huge menu, all vegan. Simple surroundings but good food!

Messy place, mediocre food - Edit
The restaurant is not air conditioned and somehow it has the appearance of a clinic, except it is shabby. Food was ok, prices a little high for what you get. Salad was old. Not really a place I wanted to stay for long.

Loving vegan - Edit
Un petit resto dans une petite ruelle mais qui vaut la peine de s’y arrêter si vous êtes en chemin vers le Nord Ouest d’Hanoï. Une carte très variée de quoi contenter tout le monde. Ambiance et nourriture locale.

So happy we went - Edit
Great food and great prices. Totally vegan menu. Small family run restaurant. With neat posters and wall decor. We ordered the “beef” and veg stir fry - the lemon grass ginger tofu- brown rice and ice tea. All were delicious and very satisfying. The location is on a little alley off the street. Recommended for sure!!!!

Nice - Edit
This place is good if you are nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. I like that they have plenty of options but ordering is a bit of a guessing game because the menu doesn’t correlate to the pictures.

Ok if you are around - Edit
Buffet is nothing special but is ok. Flavor of many of the things I choose was fine, not too much variety but staff is friendly and made sure to bring more rice and soup when it was empty.

Cold food - Edit
I was told that only the set menu was available and the other items on the menu were unavailable, so I agreed to that. The plate looked great with a number of different items and steamed rice. Unfortunately everything was cold which is not to my taste, the items were cooked but cold with the exception of the rice. I think if it was all hot I would have given 4 stars but it changes the taste and appeal of the dishes.

Some good food. Questionable hygiene - Edit
The fried prawns are very good. And they do a hot dog banh mi which was alright (not amazing, but okay).
Read moreI had fried eggs, which tasted okay but wasn't anything like fried eggs, more like an un-eggy omlette cake with spices that are nothing like egg.
Spring rolls are good.
I did however find a (rather long) hair in my take away fried rice, and on our next visit, my partner found a dead fly in his vegetables. They apologised and made a fresh one.
Overall I'd say the food is alright, but they have a lot to improve on. Prices are slightly higher than other places, and the quality is not always great.
Pros: Lots of mock-meat, esp seafood, Good fried food options, WiFi
Cons: Hygiene needs improvement, Can be hard to communicate, Juice heavily watered down

Loved the buffet here! - Edit
This loving hut does an amazing buffet on Saturdays (I'm not sure if they do it on other days) for 30k. Such a bargain and everything was delicious and varied. I loved the sweet and sour pork, perfectly fried and so tasty! Would recommend if you're looking for a good cheap feed.
