A reliable Taiwanese chain - Edit
I am veggie and not a big fan of mushrooms so I was struggling in Taiwan to find food. Louisa Coffee is a Taiwanese interpretation of Italian coffee, plus light bites, and became a backstop where I knew I could eat something filling and sweet for breakfast.
