Lots of choices here from burgers, wraps, starters to Thai-inspired dishes. My server recommended the “Hot Wings” and the “Kung Pao Spaghetti”. Both were very good. For dessert, I had the fried bananas with ice cream drizzled in a chocolate sauce which was equally as delicious. Overall, a solid all-vegan restaurant.

One of my favourites in LA - Edit
Been here last year and it’s a favourite of mine in LA. Mixture of foods from burger and chips to noodles and curry. I had the burger and chips and just one of the best in LA!!

Had lunch with my husband at this nice Vegan restaurant. Owner was very kind and accommodating and the food was delicious. Just started going on a plant based diet a few months ago and was worried I would not be able to find any places with delicious vegan options with reasonable prices. Happy to say we found this place and we look forward to coming back often.

Best vegan Thai north of the 10 Freeway - Edit
And probably south of the 10, though I hardly ever go that far. Favorites are the tom kha (coconut soup), dumpling curry, and cowboy steak. Owners are the nicest people and true ethical vegans. In a market that's saturated with vegan Thai restaurants serving everything from pancakes to tacos to the usual pad Thai and curries, Lotus Vegan is the OG. All that AND easy parking in the lot next door.

First place I tried when I moved here 5 years ago. I go here for the orange chicken and spicy eggplant, which can be made very very spicy if let them know. Otherwise very spicy means just a kick. Wouldn't recommend the vegan fish. Pad Thai is great. Fried rice is purple rice and I don't believe they have white rice which really bums me out everytime I remember.

Had the fish burger it was gross. The Thai tea felt like it was metallic and left a bad taste in my mouth. The other food is subpar especially for the price. Probably the worst vegan restaurant in the valley. Want good food and wings? Something vegan is head and shoulders above this place.

Stumbled upon this place as a vegan whose favorite cuisine is Thai food. I tried a mushroom mix with seitan & level 4 spice. It was really good! The spice is flavorful and definitely bites enough. I love the mix of mushrooms which I definitely recommend! The seitan pieces were a bit small and the overall portion was not a lot for the size. I can’t complain about the taste itself-it was great! My non-vegan family tried the orange chicken which they enjoyed! If you like Thai food, this is a great spot to try. The workers were also super friendly! I will say, if you are looking for a big meal, maybe try somewhere else. However, I do recommend to anyone and I also loved that they carried seitan for their dishes!

Lotus Vegan is our go to not just for Thai food but for eating out in general. They are a small, family owned business that cook the most delicious food! Seriously, we have tried so many menu items and ALL have been incredible. The Tom Yum Noodle Soup, Yellow Curry, Curry Dumplings, Thai Boat Noodle Soup, Pra Sam Rod and the Pad See Ew are our top favorites. We first discovered this gem towards the end of Covid and yes, they used plastic cups and utensils much like most restaurants during that time to avoid the spreading of germs. They have since returned to non plastic. The ambiance inside is warm, welcoming and soothing with dimmed lights and a mix of smooth classic Motown & R&B playing in the background. If you’re lucky, you’ll be blessed with an appearance from “the boss”, their adorable toddler.

Lotus Vegan is (r)awesome. Huge menu! If you like curry, this restaurant is ground zero. The Yellow Curry is in the best ever category. The Lentil Wrap was really good. Veggie Soup was good. Parking on the side. Atmosphere is casual. Prices are very reasonable.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed them before! My family and I have been coming here for years; things definitely changed after covid (understaffed, prices went up) but the owner is so nice and the food is amazing so it’s worth continuing to come. We love the kung pao with vegan chickn, pad thai, egg rolls, orange chickn. Most items we have tried, really. You almost can’t go wrong. They also have nice desserts like vegan cheesecake.

We chose to eat outside because of COVID-19. Unfortunately, it's a poor experience. The restaurant is on a busy street, there is trash on the sidewalk, and all the tables are wobbly and/or lopsided. I ordered the orange chicken, and my partner ordered yellow curry. After quite a long time, the server eventually brought us water...in plastic cups. Then they brought plastic utensils and the curry in a plastic container. My food was on a plate, so I don't understand why they gave us all the plastic. My meal included vegetables, which turned out to be two raw baby carrots and a few pieces of cold broccoli even though it was cooked. The actual orange chicken was good, but something you could buy at an Asian grocery store. My partner really enjoyed his curry, though.

The food did not have much flavor and didn’t taste very fresh. I’m surprised that it has so many positive reviews. Most of the vegan Thai restaurants I have been to are much, much better than this restaurant.
