Amazing food and great innovative ideas! - Edit
I loved the food there and also the host and staff were very friendly. We ordered both the ramens and I was blown away by their “boiled egg”. It was very innovative of them to make that. We also ordered the corn ribs and they were great too. The host offered us a yuzu cheesecake on the house which was very sweet of them. The cake was also amazing. Overall I feel it’s a great vegan restaurant, it’s a bit out of the city center(old town) but totally worth to go there. And for animal lovers, they have a lovely dog, try not to fall in love with her. It’s hard to leave the place😉

The absolute BEST vegan restaurant I have ever been to. Everything is affordable, unique, and is so unbelieveably good. The service is always soo great they are so kind, and the best part is the interior design and comfortable seating, lighting, etc. The only restaurant I’ve been to that feels even more comfortable than home 🧡 #Veganuary

I love this place! The ramen is absolutely delicious—flavorful, comforting, and just right for my taste. I also tried the Asian salad with crispy portobello, which had the perfect balance of freshness and crunch. But beyond the food, the atmosphere really makes this place stand out—funky, vibrant, and full of character. And the best part? There’s this adorable dog hanging around who even started doing push-ups for my photo! Can't wait to enjoy some amazing food and see this sporty pup again!

Stylish fusion restaurant with attention to detail - Edit
The first thing that strikes about Lokaal tilk is its interior design, which is refreshingly stylish, like a David Lynch film set. Menu is simple but innovative, featuring eight creative fusion dishes, plus some pastries, cake and ice cream. Coffee drinks and beer are available, too, plus complimentary tap water. I had the „Fresh and crunchy“, an appetiser of freshly salted cucumber and breaded portobello, and the ramen served with house chilli as main. While the ramen was average (good, but not the best in town), the breaded portobello was perfect. Lovely service, too. Can’t wait to return to try their other dishes!
