An easy option close to the airport - Edit
I had some time to kill, so walked to this restaurant, 10 mins from the airport. Their vegetarian menu has many vegan options. They aren't all listed as (VE) on their menu, but the waiter told me they can veganise others. He listed off the meals, and it seemed like all vege meals except the ones with paneer.
