I’m a happy cow - Edit

Left the Baked Joint for something more realistic than $10 avo toast, and came across this. I had that first-time-at-cava type anxiety not knowing which end we start at and what costed extra (like $5 per extra veggie here). Got tofu, broccoli cooked to perfection, quinoa could be softer, and the watermelon pico is perfect.

Garlic Siracha is fantastic - Edit

The last night here in Washington DC, i followed the Happy Cow app to Little Beet where they offer so many options to Build-A-Bowl. This is their homemade garlic siracha (freaking phenomenal) with sweet potatoes, shaved crostini Brussel sprouts, garlic grilled green beans and Sweet-Spicy tofu. Who knew vegan (which i am not) could be so good????
