Excellent class and delicious pastel de nata

Really fun class and the pastel de nata are amazing, definitely recommend!

Vegan Pastel de Nata pastry class

This was such a fun class in Lisbon to make the traditional Portuguese pastry. It’s a 2.5 hour course learning how to make pastry puff and then the custard filling. Afterwards you can eat the pasteis de nata and they give you beverages as well and a digital recipe. The teachers are friendly and fun!
