Great burgers (even the simple one - I had twice)! Also vegan versions of the local Romanian donut dessert - yummy! Friendly staff and air con downstairs. And fast food all made on premise. I recommend!

The best pizza and burger! They make their own seitan which is so tasty! Also, great atmosphere there with the games, so friendly! You would never get bored there! The prices are quite acceptable, 30 lei for the burger and 25 lei for the pizza! Everuthing there is yummy!

At Level Up i found the best vegan burger I've ever eat and I've tasted many.The burger is served excelent.it looks incredibly for a vegan burger and it tastes delicious.

The staff there seem to really care about the place. It’s about 5 months old (as of October 2019) and they’re still working on expanding and setting up.
Read moreThe food is Ok. It’s fast food and tastes like fast food. I was ok with that because there are so few other places to eat in Bucharest - and Romania for that matter.
I have now eaten there twice and there are more things about the place that annoy me than make me want to return.
- The location is pretty terrible on a main road. You can eat outside to the sound of traffic and horns and the smell of exhaust or you can go downstairs to the very cramped set up below. To be fair I think it’s still being set up.
- The indoor seating is cramped and lacking atmosphere. They need some music and they need to get rid of the TV.
- The menus are photocopies in plastic sleeves with scribbled notes on them. That might not sound bad but you have to see it to appreciate how it destroys the desperately needed ambience.
The main area upstairs is tiny and extremely cramped.
- The staff desperately need hospitality training. They’re all such nice people who seem really engaged in the place but their actual service is lacking a bit. They serve food out of order; They seem quite bad at communicating (I stood there waiting for any attention for ages).
I’d love them to succeed but they just need to fix issues with space, ambience and adequate service before I’d be back.

Cons: Staff need training, Location beside noisy smelly traffic, Lacks ambience

Best Vegan spot in Bucharest, not only burgers! - Edit
We ended up in Level Up after long time searching for a vegan place opened on Sunday and placed close to the city center. Turned out it was a great choice! We tried some Romanian specials in vegan version (I am still dreaming about those Sarmale) and amazing cheesecake. We came back the day after to try burgers and we weren't disappointed this time neither. Summing up: delicious food and desserts, good choice of local beers, great service and affordable for vegan-students- backpackers!

We tried the Beyond meat burger. It was super tasty, even if a bit weird for me, as it's so similar to meat. Then we tried their own cheeseburger, which was even tastier. Super super tasty, tastiest vegan burgers I ever tried in Romania. The place could be cleaner though, especially the floors. I give them 5* anyway for being 100% vegan, which is quite rare in Bucharest.

Good and healthy food that interprets the usual fast food in a vegan way.. you can have vegan pizza, i recommend quatro vegmaggi, burgers, falafel and other stull, also the sweets are delicious, cheesecake, ice cream, tiramisu, etc. Also, the energy there is very good, it's like a community, they have a lot of games and interesting events. Strongly recommended.

The place is quite small and you’ll be seated outdoors but on a day like mine it was not a problem. The food I had was a burger meal, which I found to be very tasty! Service was good, so were the prices! Would go back for more for sure!

What a nice and cozy place! We had really amazing food, the staff was very nice and they even have some games to play. Outside seating available, also some tables downstairs (aircondition). I can espacially recommend the double cheese burger (so flavorful!) and the "mozzarella" pizza (wow, i'm impressed)😄

We ordered the double special burger and the 4 cheese pizza. The burger was the best vegan burger we've ever tried, absolut recommendation. Unfortunately they had issues with my pizza, so I had to wait pretty long. But they were so kind and brought us desert for free and felt guilty for that. The pizza was also very delicious. We tried the blueberry cheesecake as weel and some of the nicecream. It's such a good restaurant.

We went there in a small group (3 people) and I ordered the pizza with cashew cheese while my friends ordered the burgers. The food was very delicious and I absolutely loved the pizza! Would have ordered another one if I could still eat.

I crossed by this place randomly,being located near the central area of Bucharest and I decided to try it up.

The serving was fast and direct.
I highly recommend this place for food,for the people and ,why not, for the whole experience.
