We absolutely loved it here – the atmosphere is so relaxing, with chill lofi music, plants and cool artwork. Everything we ordered was delicious and highly recommended: the marry me tofu, arepa, kimchi, and curry quinoa croquettes. The standout was the arepa – beautifully presented with a complex mix of flavours - I'd never tried tofu ricotta before! We also had a couple of coffees, which were just as impressive. If we'd have been hungrier , we definitely would have indulged in one of their many sweet treats - I'm sure they were also incredible. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave!

Locations & style was amazing. People were very kind and also helpful in half English/Spanish! Drinks came out fast in cute pink cups. I had the miso eggplant and my partner went with the fruit oat bowl.
Read moreReason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the flavours were veeery mild and I didnt taste any miso. It did have a lot of oil in the bottom. Would still definitely recommend as it is still really good.

It was open, so that was a bonus. What a find. All day brunch, all vegan. I had the Umami toast with a scrambled tofu side. The toast was perfection. I followed that up with a croissant. There were several cakes available too and the menu was in English and Spanish. Free WiFi, nice loo,friendly staff. Could've stayed all day

What a great addition to the neighborhood! I ordered a flat white and the gyoza salad. The coffee was amazing, strong and fruity, just how I love it. The gyoza was delicious, with a slightly crispy exterior and filled with minced tofu. The whole plate was covered in a delicious peanut sauce. Really tasty 😋 And of course, it is wonderful to visit a local small business and find that the people who work there are as lovely as the food they serve. I'll definitely be back!

Read moreThe menu (in both English and Spanish) doesn't have a lot of options but pretty much everything can be made gluten-free, which is great. We had the chickpea omelette which had an amazing sauce and flavour, the avocado toast and the quinoa croquetas - they were so good that we almost ordered it again.
It's great to see new 100% plant-based cafés opening in Valencia and I'm sure they will soon become the favourite spot in Russafa for many vegans!

This cafe is already my favourite place to hang out in Valencia! You instantly feel welcome with the friendly staff and the food & coffee are literally next level! Let It Bloom cafe has the absolute best vegan food in Valencia!! I had their scrambled tofu along with an order of Spanish Toast and I cannot wait to go back and have that again😄Oh and their croissants are beyond delicious!!!!!! I'm not a coffee drinker but my husband is and he loved his coffee. Everything we ordered tasted incredible especially the sauce they use in the Garbanzo Omelette! They speak Spanish and English and have menus in both languages. The service is top notch and super friendly! There is indoor and outdoor seating - you place your order at the counter and then choose your seating. The vibe is very welcoming and warm😄I highly recommend checking this place out. The quality of the food, the great service and the cute cafe make it the perfect place to enjoy brunch with friends or even just a quick coffee!
