A wonderful experience - Edit
We had miso soup as starters and the sushi boat. Both were amazing and chef was very kind. The boat was MASSIVE and included tempura as well!! Make sure to come here super hungry, as the boat had so much sushi for the price point (only 44e).

Not just your typical vegetable maki! Had the Gyosas, shiitakes, and 3 rolls. All were incredibly well balanced and perfectly constructed. California, futomaki, and rice paper rolls come well recommended! Also, the restaurant is in a great quite little part of Lisbon off the main.

I wanted to try out a good Japanese restaurant in Lisbon and I came across Legumi Sushi Vegan, whose location included some of Lisbon's most typical and delightful alleyways.
Read moreI immediately tried out the "tasting menu" where all the starters are served and a dish boat with all the specialties on their menu.
These include miso soup, wakame sala, edamame, gyosas and shiitake.
The rolls are as original as they are varied, with smoked tofu maki, vegetable salmon, kimchi, vegetable crab, strawberries...
The hearty presentation in a flat boat kept my hunger at bay. I just couldn't face the desserts!
The service was attentive to the customer's needs.
In short, it was a very pleasant moment to taste everything at Legumi Sushi Vegan!

Legumi was my personal favourite eating experience in Portugal. We ordered “The Boat” and… wow. I have never eaten anything like it. The flavours, textures and appearance of the “salmon”, “prawns”, “tuna” and “caviar” absolutely blew my mind.

This place is absolutely incredible, set in a humble and relaxed atmosphere with incredibly welcoming people working there. The level of creativity, flavour, attention to detail and presentation will blow you away. I think this will be the best sushi I will have in my entire life. Do not miss this spot, in fact, go the minute you arrive in Lisbon, they are amazing! Start to end gorgeous experience. Best place we have tried so far 🖤

Ordered online since it was out of my way. The staff on the phone were very kind and delivery took about 45 minutes. Great variety of sushi that looks amazing and tastes very good, though not the best vegan sushi I have had. They forgot my drink but it happens. Payment was a hassle; no cash option and no adequate online payment method, so I had to do a bank transfer instead. They should improve that or not offer delivery. Overall still a tasty experience worth trying 🙂

5 Star Vegan Sushi - Edit
Super cute and delicious 100% vegan sushi spot in the back streets of Lisbon. I went for the gyosas and then the 12 piece vegan maki/fotomaki set. Would eat it all again (and again). The strawberry topped sushi was a real treat. Such a great spot with amazing vegan sushi!
