Their food are clearly labelled with egg/milk. Many of the dishes have eggs but can be omitted, like my nasi lemak.

We went again but didn't eat there, we brought the food back home(of course we had taken our tiffin carriers) Staff is awesome. They waited until closing time that's 9:30pm for us to collect the food, though we had agreed to let them leave it outside in case we're delayed

Read morePortion for food is not big if you are a slightly big eater or very hungry. We order 3 dishes and a side for 3 pax in the end had to order another hokkien noodles to add on😅😅, not very full but okok.
The price is pricey for small portion.

I had the clay pot rice, in it was filled with marinated monkey head mushrooms, shredded ginger and broccoli. Yes, the bottom of the rice was slightly charred to give it a signature clay pot rice flavour.

Opposite sembawang shopping centre.. Sells zhuchao, noodles and chicken rice.. Good environment but certain foods price slightly on the high side. The clay pot monkey head mushrooms rice is a must try, really good.

Ordered their claypot rice and corn soup. Claypot rice was nice but might ask them to reduce the sauce next time as personally prefer to have claypot rice with the rice slightly burnt. Lots of ingredients as well. The soup was tasty and corn really sweet. Was a good balance with the claypot rice. Will return again to try other varieties of soup.

Very clean environment with a peaceful ambience. Prices are very affordable. Would recommend the clay pot rice for $7. A base of rice topped with a lot of monkey head mushroom, some brocoli, and cooked in a wonderful sauce. Would definitely be coming here more often.

Read moreThe stir-fry watercress has a nice mild distinct taste which is refreshing (as compared to being cooked as soup). The sweet and sour fish is ok. The best dish I had was the Gong Bao Monkeyhead Mushroom which has a great wok hey smell. The broccoli with mushroom is a disappointment which is bland. Overall still a good place to visit for a meal.

Read moreA cozy place to have a simple lunch. We’ve Yam Ring, Monkey Head Mushroom, Olive Fried Rice and Veggie dish. Pricing reasonable. Like all the dishes, except the look of the Veggie dish doesn’t look so appetising to me – the sauce too “dark”.
The Olive Fried Rice's presentation is a lovely reflection of Beauty in Imperfection - Wabi-Sabi.
