Must try! - Edit
We came here on our last night of our honeymoon after reading all the amazing reviews.
Read moreThis was genuinely some of the best food I’ve ever had, could not recommend it more!
Presentation of the food was like a work of art. I wish we had more time to come back to try all the other dishes on the menu.
We each had a three course meal and shared a bottle of wine which was recommended by our server.
Beautiful selection of wines and other drinks.
The English waitress was so friendly and the owner is so attentive and so passionate about his business.
It was very reasonably priced for the standard of food on offer!
Pros: Amazing staff, Lots of choices

Simple wonderful!! - Edit
Just wow! We got incredibly lucky for them to have an immediate spot open despite not having a reservation! It is a bit pricy to keep that in mind when choosing here, but 100% choose here.
Read moreThe interior was gorgeous and trendy, while the staff was so kind and spoke English!
My husband got the chickpea pancake (appetizer), rigatoni (entree), and the strawberry Charlotte (dessert). The pancakes were fluffy and rich with their cashew cream, rigatoni was cooked perfectly and the sauce was "spot on". He loved the dessert which had a soy yogurt in it and he hardly let me try.
I got the sesame marinated tofu (appetizer), the wheat risotto (entree), chocolate mousse (dessert). The tofu was to die for and I wish I knew the recipe! The soy and lime yogurt sauce was a perfect choice for it! I adored the risotto and found the flavor so full and I'm not usually a fan of sundried tomatoes but man were they so yummy in it! I could not get enough of the chocolate mousse and would dare to say it's the best I've ever had. Perfect combo of bitter with sweet!
Make sure you visit one of their locations if you go to Paris!!
Pros: Kind staff, worth every penny, English menu online
Cons: Make a reservation to ensure you eat right away

Went there for brunch (very reasonably priced) and sampled a couple of things from the a la carte as well. Food is innovative, fresh and beautifully presented. Certainly one of the best vegan restaurants in the world (and I have tried a few over 4 different continents).

Best vegan brunch in Paris - Edit
I went there with my family with non vegans persons and they all liked it. It’s very tasty and the diverse. The brunch started with salty pancakes (mushrooms, avocado toasts), a yoghurt with chestnut cream and pancakes with fresh fruits. You also have a cold drink (a smoothie, a fresh orange juice or a apple juice) and a warm drink (a coffee, tea or delicious hot chocolate).

Fantastic spot for a treat - Edit
Most vegan food places I tend to go to happen to be more café style or fast food type places, but this is the first I have visited that offers a 3 course meal. Upon entering, we were seated promptly (this was a Saturday lunchtime and we had booked a table - it wasn't overly busy but the website recommends you book ahead and this is very easy to do so through their website). The ambience was calm with acoustic type music playing, conducive to quiet conversations which was perfect. The food was incredible - my partner and I both ordered a different starter and a different main, and shared a dessert (there was a choice of 3 things for starter, 3 for main and 3 for dessert). Clearly, each ingredient had been sourced for quality and the dishes combined flavours incredibly. For starters, I ordered the grilled romaine lettuce which had the most incredible roast garlic on top; my partner order some chickpea pancakes which had the fluffiest texture. The mains were also very tasty and felt healthy - lots of vegetables and grains and pulses seem to make up the menu. The dessert we sort of split was a coconut and chocolate mousse type dessert with some whipped cream on top. I don't like whipped cream (dairy whipped cream) so haven't sought out a vegan alternative. I tried some of this and it was very tasty.

Good restaurant experience - Edit
This is one of the few vegan places in Paris with a real restaurant feeling.
Read moreThe service and the atmosphere are great, and the presentation of the food is lovely.
The menu consists of 3 appetizers, 3 mains, and 3 desserts.
The food is good; but I didn't find it to be outstanding. Plates were also a bit expensive for what you get (18€ for the eggplant dish in the picture); but I guess you pay for the whole dining experience.
My two main issues with Le Potager de Charlotte are: (1) the desserts are rather simple, which could be ok if they wouldn't cost that much; and (2) although the menu is not large, some of the dishes rarely change (avocado, pancakes, salad as main).
In summary, for me, this is a great place if you want to have a restaurant dining experience in a 100% vegan place. And if it's your first time, you'll probably love it.
But, subjectively, for the same price range, I'd prefer going to some of the other vegan restaurants in town.
Pros: atmosphere, service, food presentation
