Ich bin durch Zufall hier vorbei gekommen und falls Ihr in Gent seid dann schaut aufjedenfall vorbei. Das Le Botaniste ist so ein wunderschönes und gemütliches Restaurant , alle waren so unglaublich nett. Ich habe das Tagesessen bestellt ein Curry mit Hummus und Kürbis und es war so unglaublich lecker.

healthy selection - Edit
There are many healthy dishes to choose from. We chose 2 bowls and a soup. I like the option of choosing a smaller bowl and getting a soup with it. Unfortunately, the soup was a bit too watery and tasteless. The ingredients in the bowls were tasty, but unfortunately also a bit flavourless. We really liked the decor and atmosphere. There was no place to return plates, so everyone left their plates on the bar (looked a bit messy).

Nice atmosphere and designed place. Food is very good but a bit expensive. The service is without patience, as they are doing you a favour (which I guess they do... there are no waiters and it's self service, but with the prices of a restaurants. No breakfast options

Myself & my partner felt a bit disappointed with our meal. We both had the pasta bolo which was nice but was a bit lacking (was also quite watery). We only tried the one meal so obviously can’t speak for the rest of the menu & we might have enjoyed something else a lot more. The staff were very nice but it took a long time for us to place our order & get the food (it was also a hot day & was boiling inside).

The location is pretty cozy and cute and I don't mind the concept of grabbing the food at the counter and returning the dishes when finished.
Read moreThey have a display with the fresh ingredients they use for their bowls and samples of the desserts and some other foods like the bolo pasta.
Staff was very nice and helpful and the food was great.
I grabbed a menu with a salad bowl and the soup of the day, which was gazpacho (perfect for the hot weather) and had the iced tea as a drink.
The food was good and the ice tea wasn't too sweet, which I liked a lot.
I also had a pecan cookie to go but I forgot to take a picture. Absolutely delicious though!

By ordering water one gets free refills.
It is one of the few places that are open on Sunday/Monday

This place has a very nice and arty atmosphere. Food is ordered at the counter and you take it on a tray to your seat. Service is very friendly. They have some starters (Sushi, Avocado, Veggi Balls etc), desserts and Bowls (Hot and cold).The prices are really ok for this fresh and organic quality ❤
