Decent choices

I was with a mixed group and we ate here twice. I spoke with a waiter who said the whole vegetarian menu was vegan, but I was a bit suspicious and stuck with some previously reviewed dishes.
The first night I tried the mushroom tacos. Now, I am NOT a mushroom person but I gotta give props where they’re due and these were quite tasty! 4 stars for them!
The second time I tried the veggie ceviche…2 stars for that guy. It was spicy, which I like but awfully limey for my taste. I also just can’t do the little fried corn nuts…they look like June bugs to me and taste like they look.
One of my dinner mates wasn’t feeling good and got the rice side dish, which I tried some of and liked!

Pros: Excellent view, Vegan options, Fresh

Vegan options in Iquitos

Originally we asked if they had vegan food and they said no. Then another staff member came and showed us the vegetarian menu which things on there are vegan or can be made vegan.
We got the natural ceviche and mushroom tacos - both were very good! Big portion size too.
It’s a modern built hotel (sticks out like a sore thumb) and we were on the top floor with a nice sunset over Amazon river. Price was expensive for Peru but normal if coming from other countries. As there wasn’t a lot of options around, would recommend this place!

Finally veggie/vegan food in Iquitos

It's really really difficult to find Vegan options in Iquitos, it's almost impossible in Iquitos. Peruvian cuisine consists mostly of meat and eggs, and people usually don't even know what these terms mean.
In Las Terazzas, as it's a pretty expensive tourist hotel, i was happy to be offered a whole vegetarian menu.
We went there because you get access to the rooftop swimming pool if you consume for S/50 (~ approx. 12 Euros)
For peruvian standards, the food is very expensive but for european, it's still more or less cheap.
Juices are around S/12-14 , Vegetarian dishes between S/25-35, the portions are huge and the food and the fresh mango smoothie ( S/14 )was very tasty!

Pros: amazing food, very friendly staff, access to rooftop swimming pool
