Mein Freund war bereits vor mir bei Land & Monkeys und hat davon geschwärmt - jetzt verstehe ich auch warum. Die Auswahl ist riesig, alles was wir probiert haben war perfekt und die Auswahl ist riesig. Am liebsten hätten wir alles probiert, aber unser Highlight war definitiv der Chimp Cookie!

We went here for a little sweet after dinner on our first day and were hooked immediately. We came back every day and tried as much off the menu as we could. So much choice, and finally a vegan patisserie to round off a french holiday.

Wonderful service. Prices were reasonable! I got a chocolate tart, and a focaccia with “ham” and cream sauce that I have not stopped thinking about since. Truly a delight.

I had heard really positive things about Land & Monkeys but unfortunately the baguettes we selected weren't great, and were very chewy and just didn't taste fresh or that nice. I suspect this had something to do with the fact that we bought them later in the day, so they weren't freshly made.

The growth and popularity of this chain makes me very happy. A decade ago it was tough to eat in Paris, now it’s normalised. Great fresh food and lovely seating area to watch the world go by.

If you know me, you know I’ll always be trying a new Land & Monkeys location when I can. Only downside is that they didn’t have the sandwich marin (the best sandwich) when I went. But that’s just me trying to find something to complain about!

The best location with plenty of seating space - Edit
Of all Land & Monkeys’ locations in Paris I believe this one is the best. Maybe the Chatelet one is bigger but I don’t like the area, this one is super big, has an upstairs seating space and staff was very friendly!

Unlike other branches of Land&Monkeys that I've been to this one had lots of seating with tables downstairs by the counter and an upstairs seating area as well.
Read moreThey had the usual great selection of baked goods and this time we went for Focaccia Oignon-Lardon and Sandwich Bacon Mimosa. They were both delicious! Both breads were soft and fluffy and the focaccia had a lovely herby flavour.
There are around half a dozen branches of this vegan bakery chain around Paris and they are well worth a visit!
Pros: Soft bread, Delicious pastries, Lots of seating
