Not a collective anymore, abusive owner controls restaurant - Edit
According to multiple sources, this restaurant had a hostile takeover and is no longer run by a collective. Google "La Stella Nera Kontrapolis" for more information at what happened according to ex collective members.

The food was nice but this is very sad The manager is not only rude to customer, it seems he is also rude to staff.
Read moreI found this about the manager/owner: "This person was continuously making fun of mental health issues, didn’t respect people’s personal limits and sick leaves, pressuring people with disabilities, saying „people like that cannot work here/in gastronomy“. He spoke disrespectfully about multiple people in front of them and behind their back, saying that he „can’t watch them working“ and how slow they are."
I'll never eat there again!

Wonderful food, pretty busy! - Edit
I popped in here for a quick evening meal just by myself and it was super busy with a large party in. They managed to squeeze me in which I was super grateful for as I'd been looking forward to visiting!

I heard that this place is no longer a collective, it is run by a very complicated and rude person who does not respect workers rights, without discussion took the position of the only boss and falsely claims that it is still a collective. I don't know if I want to support a vegan restaurant that does this.

It is quite a small place and the interior design is minimalistic with some animal rights messages, which I really liked. The service was also great.
Foodwise the tomato bruschetta tasted great. The vegan calzone I had was massive. The only thing I did not like was that it was too spicy.
I would not mind going back and try some other pizza.

This was honestly the best pizza I have ever eaten and also completely vegan. There were a lot of options. All the flavors were fantastic and so was the vegan cheese on top! Drinks also very tasty. And staff very nice and spoke good English

This place was nice! I tried the margarita pizza and the pepperoni pizza. The vegan cheese and salami were good and the crust on both was excellent, but I found the pizzas could have used a few more toppings. My friend let me try some of his polenta fries with garlic dipping sauce and those were super yummy, I’d definitely order those next time.
