I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed here but all I can say is it is always a 5 star experience. Often come for the menu del día which is incredible value for money.

The menu del día is different week to week. Always excellent.
I have eaten off their other menu a few times and the burgers and wraps are yummy! Great coffee too.

Incredible food and atmosphere. Come for a caña and stay for the delicious food. Lively, lots of interesting people, 100% down with the vegan anti-capitalist struggle. My favorite place.

Genial todo cómo siempre. Incluyendo el trato. Es un lugar donde te sientes cómoda desde que entras hasta que sales. Un espacio anti todo tipo de opresiones (tiene además una parte donde venden chapas, llaveros, pegatinas, camisetas, a nada de dinero, a un precio de donación, porque precisamente va destinado a las asociaciones que lo hacen. Como única pega diría que eche de menos que la comida el wrap y el perrito que pedimos estuviera algo más frío (y le faltaba salsa o sal por dentro) pq con el calor que hace ahora en Madrid sufrí comiendolo

Great vegan restaurant in Madrid - Edit
Prices are insanely cheap, and the quality is nice. Plus it is a lovely multicultural neighborhood. It should be your reference restaurant in the city. I was reluctant to write this reference beacause its so good that I fear that everybody will go there and prices will go higher, as it happened in many places. Why on earth did they renovate the Oveja? - Edit
Food is still good, but my favourite thing was the environment. It had a very unique communal, queer feeling. Now it looks like any other pretend-to-be-cute-cozy restaurant.

Llegamos un viernes noche sin reserva y el local estaba a rebosar. Nos apuntamos en la lista de espera y no tardamos mucho en que nos dieran mesa. La chica que nos atendió fue majísima y se disculpó varias veces por no poder darnos mesa antes. La comida estaba estupenda y la atención fue inmejorable. Volveremos :-)

This place is the reason why I finally added my email to happy cow lol. I couldn’t believe it. When we first got there it wasn’t busy... they took our order and after 20 minutes they brought us a bread basket (not with the cheese plate we ordered) just plain bread. My friend ordered grilled cheese & it came 15 min before our food to the point that she had finished it before we even got our food... the cheese plate came 10 minutes after we got our food...
