Underwhelming - Edit
I had a sandwich with beetroot. Though generously topped, it was a weird combination of ingredients (had to fish out an entire dried bay leaf from the sandwich) that weren’t really tasty. Perhaps it was just a bad choice, and other options on the menu are tastier. 🤷🏻♀️

Good coffee, amazing sandwiches (you can choose ingredients and make your own), great cookies, very nice place. Space inside is limited so groups might have to seat outside. There's gluten free option.

No es la gran cosa. Fuimos un domingo tipo 5, y no había demasiado para los sándwiches. La corteza del pan estaba quemada arriba. Los sabores estaban bien, pero nada increíble.

Nothing to write home about. We visited this place on a Sunday around 5pm, and there weren't many options for the sandwich. The bread's crust was burnt on top. The flavours were good, but nothing very special.
The staff was kinda unfriendly, no smiles. The coffee menu was not on display and nobody would help you about what options they had.
We sat in a high table outside, which was quite uncomfortable.

Great salads and sandwiches - Edit
I went here for lunch in February 2024. I decided to get a salad. You choose one item for the base (such as lentils or lettuce), then you can choose four items to go on top of the base and then two dressings (this could be hummus or mustard or other items). I got a kombucha to drink and the total came to 5,800 pesos (currently less than US$6). They use the same ingredient bar to make sandwiches, so a sandwich is basically a salad on toasted bread. The food was good and the service was friendly. They have tables inside and out and you can take away if you want to. I didn't have the chance to try a sandwich, but they really looked good.
