Restaurante com boas opções vegetarianas. Escolhi o Wok com verduras e estava muito bem feito além de ser um prato bem servido para uma pessoa. Ambiente muito bom e funcionárias educadas e entendem inglês perfeitamente.

Very expensive for what it offers - Edit
29 euros for a burger with no fries and a burrito with only lettuce. If you go there it might be better to order something else. A couple of other choices but you have to change ingredients to make them vegan. Staff not super knowledgeable about what veganism is, but they are nice.

I had an overnight layover in Barajas and this was the perfect place for dinner. The portion sizes were HUGE and the staff were super sweet. Several of them spoke English, and I had no problems with using my US-based credit cards. I would definitely come back here!

I had the Quinoa Salad. It was with mixed greens, Quinoa, tomato and tahini. I loved that ot was without oil!! I just added some vinegar. Very good 💚

Good option if staying in Barajas - Edit
A lovely cafe in Barajas (near the airport.) The staff are friendly and helpful. Let them know you are vegan and they'll help with your choice. For instance, the tofu burger comes in a brioche bun but they'll switch to a vegan bun. The burger is tasty but quite plain. The chips are good. The avocado and hummus tosta is delicious and filling.

Es un lugar muy acogedor y dan el mejor trato. El wok de verduras con quinoa es riquísimo, puedes pedir la opción vegana; la hamburguesa de tofu también me gusta mucho. Son flexibles.para sustituir algún ingrediente.

My husband and I went here while staying in a hotel close to the airport before leaving Madrid. This was the only place we could find with vegan options, so we gave it a try. We each had a burger and shared the hummus. The hummus was delicious and topped with a ton of olive oil and paprika, which we love. The burger was better than expected when considering a place that does not have a ton of vegan options. We were pretty limited because I think there were only a few vegan things on the menu. The service was so-so, but we were really just looking for a quick bite, so it did not matter too much. I was not terribly impressed overall, but we were at least able to find something.

Nice little restaurant! One of the servers could speak good english and explained to me the 3 meal options for vegans. The tofu burger (no sauce), vegetable wok (no cheese) and quinoa salad (add anything you want). Good enough if you stay in any of the hotels here. Also, great fresh smoothies!

Didn’t even know what vegan means - Edit
I came here because of the good reviews that said “a lot of vegan options”. Maybe it is because I came in the morning, but they didn’t have anything vegan, no vegan marks on the menu and they didn’t even know what vegan is. I ended up having a toast with avocado. Go there only if you’re starving and you can’t find anything else.

Close to the airport and decent food - Edit
The restaurant is in between terminals 1,2,3 and terminal 4 and is great if you have a few hours before your flight leaves. The interior is very cozy with nice music playing. I ordered a green smoothie, falafel burrito (the mint yogurt sauce was on the side) that came with Lay's potato chips, and apple pie. The falafel was a bit too salty and only had wilted iceberg lettuce inside of it. The (vegetarian) pie was really delicious.

We ordered patatas bravas,hummus with toast and a tofu burger to share .the food was really delicious and plenty for 2 people.
The staff don't speak English well but they are so happy to help that there was no problem ordering,just say vegan.
We would really like to give them 5 stars but because it is not completely vegan 4 is the most you can award.loved the smoothies too.
