Average Pizza - Edit
We ordered two different vegetarian pizzas. While they were good, they were just average in flavor. Perhaps their vegan pizza or other menu items are better.

Great food and atmosphere - Edit
This is a really nice restaurant and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The vegan dishes are clearly marked and there's lots of choice too! We've tried the pizzas, pancakes and also pasta dishes. They're very tasty and well priced. A big mention should go to the desserts: these were really fantastic and nicely presented!

Exquisite Vegan Italian Cuisine - Edit
La Colubrina is a fascinating old fashioned restaurant born as traditional one, today it offers vegan dishes very tasty.
Read moreFranca and Consuelo, the chefs, created a menu that combines together vegan cuisine with traditional Italian cuisine, crossing "il Bel Paese" and picking up in every Italian region a special traditional dish, completely renewed as vegan. You can try a typical cotoletta, made with beans, crunchy and tasty, the juicy summer parmigiana made with delicate veggies and vegan cheese, fabulous basil pesto risotto with mushrooms and you can continue to eat over and over.... It is all soooo good!!
You absolutely must try the vegan tiramisu, creamy and delicate, and, if you are hungry but it is not dinner time yet, an apericena (typically Milanese) why not? It is amazing, a carousel of special Italian-fusion appetizers from bruschetta to falafels.
At Colubrina's you are at home.
