Just a bakery

It's your regular neighborhood artisanal bakery, so you will find nice sourdough bread.
Besides that, they have a vegan brioche made from panettone sourdough.
It's not all vegan as they use butter for one of the brioches.

Honestly, unless you are into brioches I wouldn't come here on purpose, as you can get sourdough bread in plenty of places, especially in this neighborhood.

Pros: artisanal bakery

Cons: not all vegan, besides a brioche, nothing special

Bakery offering sourdough bread made from ancient wheat and great brioches

Bakery offering sourdough bread made from ancient wheat.
Delicious vegan brioches, plain or with chocolate chips.
Great welcome, a great address in Paris, I was able to get half a sourdough loaf and 3 brioches, my kids will love it!

Pros: Welcome, Choices of bread

Cons: no pastries

Big YES for the brioche

Small backery that proposes a few products (bread, brioche, focaccia) made with olive oil and panettone flour
The brioche (chocolate or nature) has a unique and yummy taste 🤤
The owner is very kind and is available for any questions on the products !

Pros: The taste of the brioche, The owner’s availability , Many vegan options

Cons: Would like more options for pastries

One of the best brioches I've had in my life, friendly owner

Went there to pick up a huge loaf of sourdough bread. All there breads are made with organic flours, "blés anciens" as we say in French, meaning minimally processed. And all made with sourdough. The owner was so nice he even gave me a vegan brioche which turned out to be so delicious I'm almost crying when I think about it. Also, I was super happy to see that they sell there the Vegan Tourist Map!!! (https://www.vegantourist.fr/)
Definitely go there, the owner is a passionate man and the bread was delicious.
