En mi top 3 de ramen veganos - Edit
De los mejores que probé en Tokio. El caldito es casero hecho con verduras y tiene muchísimo sabor, te ponen un montón de proteína vegetal y los fideos están muy ricos. Dentro de ser vegano es el más similar a un ramen tradicional. Merece la pena entrar y hacer la cola.

there is only one vegan option here now, but it is worth visiting for sure, and not just because of the lack of vegan options elsewhere fastbut because it's soooo delicious.
Read moreThe atmosphere is very trendy and cool, but this is not a restaurant to hang around in as there are few seats and (when we were there at least) a queue right down the road!
The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. You can pay a little extra for Char Sui (soy based meat substitute) which was very good
the price of the vegan ramen is more than the meat options, but again it is quite hard to find definitely and clearly marked vegan options in the area so for us it was worth it

Tasty ramen, in an authentic Japanese ramen bar! I went with meat eaters too so this was great for everyone. The place is small, but that’s standard for traditional spots, 100% worth the wait! They take your order outside so you’re not waiting too long inside.

A place where you can take your non-vegan friend group and all of you will be pleased. The place is packed and not somewhere you would spend a lot of time. It's basically a get in, eat and get out place. The queue is long but worth it.

Kyushu Jangara Ramen has a very limited vegan menu, but IT IS delicious and worth the money. Far better food than many vegan restaurants, that get a 5 Star rating on this platform just for being vegan.

I wish I could give 5 stars. This place had a big queue, but dang it was worth the wait. This ramen was the best I've had in my life. The vegan charsui was soo good, it had the perfect amount of charring and the smokiness added an awesome depth to the overall flavour. The broth was perfect, but you could spike it with extra toppings provided at your booth.

Vegan soy ramen - Edit
The vegan option (soy ramen) is mild and tasty, with a big piece of fake meat. It's without MSG so not noticeably salty, I don't really get why. Tried it both during and outside the dinner rush - definitely recommend outside. A little cramped, but isn't that the authentic ramen experience?
