Some options - Edit
First of all, there are some stalls, including vegan options, still open at 8-9pm so don’t take the opening hours too literally. There are some vegan options, had a very good gimbap and a mung been pancake (grilled on the same stove as non veg options). Decent tofu and kimchi dumplings at the Netflix lady stall. And a yummy red bean paste filled Bungeoppang.
Read moreI usually don’t mind going to Omni places but the little aquariums with live octopi and ever present smell of cooking tongue were a bit much for me.

Lovely mung bean pancakes and very good bibimbap! Pancakes are cooked in contaminated though sadly…

Delicious dumplings - Edit
I found this food stall (A-11) from a vegan news blog. Their steamed kimchi dumplings and kimchi (free refills) are delicious.

A great cultural experience - Edit
If you’re up for a food adventure then this is the place for you! It is a lively market with tourists and locals. It is cheap and fast. It features the Netflix lady from street food Asia.
Read moreWe were able to find vegan things like mung bean pancake, veggie kimbap, kimchi dumplings and spicy cold noodle. The food was superb!
The knife cut noodle is unfortunately in anchovy soup. We had a written note that said we were vegan (no meat /fish/egg/milk) and some vendors spoke some English words.
Ps. Only 4 stars because it’s not 100% vegan
Pros: Cultural experience , Cheap food
Cons: Limited but enough vegan selection
