I was so happy to discover this lovely restaurant! It's beautiful with indoor / outdoor seating. The chef really does pay attention to detail and creates unique delicious, healthy food. She uses local ingredients, nothing processed here. The lunch special is such a great deal. They even have breakfast! I will be going back many times!

I have been eagerly anticipating my return to Cuenca so I’d be able to try this new restaurant. It did not disappoint! I had breakfast and lunch there today, and both were innovative and delicious with an exciting blend of local flavors. I appreciated the excellent service and beautiful location right on the Tomebamba River walk, and I will definitely make Kuruba one of my “go to” places whenever I’m in town. #Veganuary

Read moreMe gustó mucho más allá de la comida, la música ambiental, los libros, la amabilidad de quienes me atendieron, la gente que llegaba al lugar, me sentí como en casa pero de esas casas que son más amplias con gente que desconozco y que me siento a gusto, disfrutando de los alimentos transformados en sopa, fuerte y postre para luego salir liviano y con el cuerpo agradecido.
