Kozy Eats is a very nice and cozy place which is a must-have in Riga! The meals are delicious especially the cakes! Kozy Eats has food for everyone. The staff is very friendly. I'd say Kozy Eats is the best vegan kitchen in Riga! Kozy Eats described in one word: Perfect!

I ate here twice while my trip in Riga. For the first time I ate salad from the breakfast menu. Breakfast time was almost chancing to lunch but it was not possible to order that menu. The dish consisted very little of black lentils, vegan cheese and tomatoes with salad. It was not worth of the prize.

So if you want to get properly eaten order something else than salads.

I tried a couple items—the tofu salmon and the black lentil croquette dish. I really liked the lentil dish. Sit outside if you can manage. The interior is a little more buttoned up, it doesn’t give off that youthful vibe of other veg restaurants, plus can be a little stuff indoors if the weather is warm.

This burger is the best vegan burger I have ever eaten! The Beyond Meat patty and the cheese on the top of it are both SO JUICY. Fries & ketchup BANGING. In addition, the place is cozy and customer service awesome😄

We ordered 5 dishes (beyond meat burger, black lentils with asparagus, salad with strawberries and other berries, glazed cauliflower and carpaccio).
Read moreWe really enjoyed most of the dishes, however we did not like the salad, we thought it was a bit too sweet for our taste.
We highly recommend trying the carpaccio, it really caught us off guard with how good it was, the burger was amazing, the sauce was really nice.
Overall this place is worth visiting and we would come here again!!!

Cozy atmosphere and good food. Many delicious options. We had the burger which was good, but kinda basic. I regret not tasting something more special they had on the menu. The “snickers” dessert was crazy good.

An all vegan restaurant that is very busy. Many dishes with some only served until 12. Evening Pasta dish was nice but could have been more. The tofu salmon, although on the menu was not available. Discovered a new veg..teardrop pepper!

Riga does Vegan Food - Edit
This is my first time in Latvia. I finished up a city walking tour which was good and I was hungry so using happy cow I found this vegan restaurant.
Read moreI was able to sit right away and was brought out a menu. There were outlets near my seat so I also got to charge my phone and that was a huge benefit to me because the day had worn out my battery.
I looked over the extensive menu and picked one thing I knew I would like, the cauliflower starter. And one thing I had never tried before, tofu "salmon".
To drink I got an iced matcha latte and it comes with oat milk only. It was delicious!
The cauliflower was the perfect type of fried. It had a crunchy outside, but the inside was soft as cooked cauliflower is, but not too soft where it seems soggy. The glaze had a really good flavor that was savory and maybe a little bit sweet.
The tofu salmon was surprisingly tasty! It was out of my comfort zone and I'm glad I tried it. The texture was really nice and the color was just like salmon. It came served on top of a parsnip sauce that I thought paired really well with the meal. It adds that little sweetness that parsnips and carrots have. The rest of the vegetables on the side of the plate were the perfect amount and the tomatoes were my favorite because they had been grilled to perfection.
I would definitely recommend this place and pick something you normally wouldn't get because I think it would be a nice surprise!

I really liked my cauliflower starter I got, and they asked me if I was having it as a side which I really appreciated so they could come out together - the staff were really nice. It was really nice - still a bit crunchy but in a good way mostly. My wrap - there was just something about like the dressing or something that i didnt like. It was on the side salad too, so the whole meal wasnt my fav. It was also a bit messy - the quinoa bits were dropping everywhere (totally my fault lol). I asked for water but I think they forgot to bring it out. €17 for the two dishes so not awful. So i’d say maybe 3.5 stars but I cant give the half on here

Read moreWe had two starters to share, the carpaccio (which was a kind of mock meat) and the “cauliflower in spicy (not really) sesame glaze” which was really nice.
As main dishes we tried the tofu salmon and the creamy black lentils. Specially the lentils were amazing and so tasty.
We couldn’t finish without a dessert. It was my first time trying the famous Dubai white chocolate bar and couldn’t expected nothing better.

I was in Riga for only a short time on a layover, and I'm so glad I decided to go here. The atmosphere is really nice, service was professional, and, most importantly, the food was fantastic.
Read moreI had the carpaccio - so nice to finally have a vegan carpaccio that's not made of beetroot! It came beautifully presented and loaded with aioli, sundried tomatoes, pistachios, and other good stuff. As a main I had the pistachio pesto pasta, which was a delicious and very satisfying dish and I'd definitely recommend it. It was hard to choose a dessert, but I went with the coconut caramel cake which was perfect.
Don't miss this place if you're in Riga.

Fantastic restaurant with a wide range of vegan options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I tried the vegan chicken burger along with a lemonade and a rich, flavorful coffee. The burger and fries were absolutely delicious—crispy, satisfying, and well-seasoned. Highly recommend this place—10 out of 10!

Update one day later: Went here again and today was rather disappointed with the serving size. Had a crispy tofu bowl and it was great in taste, but the site was more of a starter. Still being hungry after a dish for ~12€ is sad.

Such a cosy and comfy place. Clean, spacious, amazingly friendly staff. Fresh food, great taste, good serving size. One of the best vegan options in Riga, I'd definitely come back!

The food was absolutely delicious and also their sweet. Wide selection too! Snickers bar tasted exactly how I remember eating Snickers in my pre-vegan days! Their drinks were also very tasty. Atmosphere was cosy (the name is accurate!) and friendly staff. A must try in Riga!

What a great restaurant. Friendly staff, nice interior and more than enough to choose. And the taste is very good. I had a (big) soup of the day, the winter special and chocolate cherry cake. The soup was full of vegetables and I loved the winter special: a oven baked potato with beyond meat sausage and stewed cabbage. The cake was also nice and the Snickers I had for takeway was really outstanding
