Vegan restaurant and bar with two concepts, the ground floor restaurant is an "anti-pasti bar" where they serve small dishes for shared dining. The downstairs restaurant is called "restaurant", there you have to choose between a five or seven course dinner. Both restaurants share the same kitchen/chef, with dishes inspired by Italian cuisine. Everything is made in-house such as breads, dips, snacks, pastas, desserts and more. Delicious vegan (anti-)pasta - Edit
These people really know what they're doing when it comes to Italian taste and flavour. Eating their pasta's you'll get the full blown Italian experience: it's hard to notice the veganness in their dishes as they're as similar in taste and structure as the (meaty) original dishes. We love coming here from the start a few years ago at their first location and will travel to their restaurant with pleasure for this experience.

We have been to Trattoria 89 and the food was amazing. A bit pricier and more luxurious than your normal plant based restaurant, but the flavours and the friendly staff are definitely worth your money. The evening we went was quite busy, so be sure to make a reservation!

Leuke, ongedwongen sfeer. Vrij veel personeel (viel me bij hun oude zaak al op). De gerechten zijn ware vegan kunstwerken! Als veganist mis ik helemaal geen vlees of vis, maar als je dan hun calamares proeft is dit toch echt wel heel bijzonder! We hadden een erg leuke avond, goed gegeten en gedronken. Ik ben nogal kritisch op koffie en bestel eigenlijk nooit koffie of een espresso, hier durfde ik het wel aan en ook de espresso was beter dan bij mij thuis 😄

Het eten bij Konijnenvoer is elke keer weer fantastisch. Recentelijk is het restaurant heropend, en hun eten is nóg beter dan eerst. Een grote aanrader is de borrelplank. Deze is royaal gevuld met allerlei geweldige hapjes. Ook de pasta's en gnocchi zijn enorm lekker. Als dessert bestelde ik de tiramisu; bijzonder machtig, maar wel heerlijk. Ik kom hier zeker vaker terug

The antipasti misto is absolutely incredible. It's hard to describe how impressive it is. There are so many different items and each one is a work of art. I think if you don't want a huge meal, you'd do fine ordering just that and a dessert. It wouldn't be a small meal, but the wait staff seemed to think it was strange to order it as a main dish. The mains are also good, or so the others in my party told me. I loved everything and will try to come back someday even though I live an ocean away.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary yesterday in the Chique Zaak. They were serving a surprise 7-course meal (€80pp) with optional pairings of wine (€50pp), beer (€45pp) or non alcoholic beverages (€40pp). The whole thing was a unique experience, we were there for 5h (!!!) being enternained with quite peculiar, crazy, and delecious bites. This was the first time we both tried a more gourmet restaurant and we both thought it was worth the experience for once in the lifetime!
