Part of Komala chain, this one is located in the plaza, facing Choon Guan Street. Serves chapatti, biryani rice, idly, vadai, and samosa. Limited seating. Instagram @sgkomalas Open Mon-Fri 7:30am-6:30pm. Last orders 6pm.

Good value but all plastic container/cutlery

There are table and tall chairs inside the shop that you can dine-in.
The meal has no eggs but need to ask for dairy-free option.
There are a few dairy-free options which I think are also vegan.
The price is good and I ended up stuffed with 2 plates for just 10 S$.

One downside is that all plate and cutlery are one-time used and made of plastics.

Simple

It may not be fancy, but Komala's is a good place to stop if you're looking for a quick vegetarian snack. The food options are largely South Indian.
