The place is lovely!! It hás a super Nice atmosphere. The food is not cheap at all but its was really tasty so for me it was worth the money.

Fantastische quiche en lookolie met zuurdesembrood - Edit
Het was weer super bij Knol&Kool. De tapasplank was zeer lekker, de quiche (monthly special) was TOP, het brood met de lookolie (ipv omageboter) was geweldig. En de serveerster van die avond was ook zeer vriendelijk, aangenaam qua contact en communicatie en professionaliteit!

Ik heb met mijn collega's hier lekker geluncht. De limonade was goed. De broodjes, toast en salades goed belegd en gevuld en mooi opgemaakt. De geitenkaas zonder geit was lekker. Alles is alleen aan de erg dure kant. Dat is een beetje jammer.

I had a „bacon“ sandwich, which is unique to what I’ve tasted before; but the tofu scramble my mom ordered is so good! It’s fried in a way that’s more like an omelette with crispy crust, which I have never achieved when self-making it. It’s also an unverpackt store, whose concept I’ve always liked! Some cool and special vegan snacks and drinks as well, we bought some, too.

The lasagna was delicious. And in the deli they have it so you can eat more great lasagna at home. If you can, have a seat in the back under a sort of dome. The people are really nice.

Nice restaurant with organic vegan Market on site, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu could improve, they serve french fries with two of their mains which I would not expect in a place like this.. They could make an effort to serve freshly made potato wedges otherwise I would have rather have boiled potatoes!

Really nice atmosphere with delicious food! The breakfast menu was good, but the dinner menu was exceptional and though on the pricier side, great value for money. The store also stocks some incredible vegan snacks and frozen meals. A big highlight was the beautiful menu crafted into a magazine-style book.

We originally stopped by for dinner, but we were so impressed that we returned the next morning for breakfast and a small grocery shopping trip in the attached store. Everything there was just as fresh and delicious as the meals we enjoyed.
Knol & Kool is a must-visit for anyone looking for excellent vegan food in Ghent. Highly recommended!
